Josh was great. He came out on a SATURDAY to give me a quote. We made appointment for Monday. He came out on the scheduled day after an 11 inch snowfall. He was awesome. He explained everything, worked hard, cleaned up, and threw in a whole house surge protector. I AM going to hire him again. I put his name on my HOA website already.

Working with Josh was a pleasure. I called him for the motion detector because I had used his company before. While he was there, asked him to look at the electric box in the basement. He took pictures of it and gave me an estimate. He explained that the electrical system had to be brought up to code. He was on time, professional, friendly, and explained everything that was being done. The basement was cleaner when he left than when he arrived. I could not have asked for a better experience with a contractor.

Josh is a pleasure to work with. I emailed him a description of the work prior to me hiring him. He sent me his cost estimate which was reasonable. He came to my house on time and did the work. He honored his cost estimate exactly - no additional charges. Josh is a contractor willing to go the extra mile (literally) to satisfy the customer. The new GFI that he installed was very difficult to push hard enough to get it to turn back on after testing. He agreed with my complaint. He needed a different GFI & left to go to the hardware store. He called me after visiting 2 stores saying he would be gone a while longer because he wanted to get a particular GFI that had larger on/off buttons to make it easier to use for seniors. He had to go about 8 miles (each way) to a Pontiac electrical supply house to get that GFI.

I called Voltron Power to come look at an outlet in my house that appeared to have started a small fire and stopped working. I wanted to know why this happened before I replaced the outlet. They were able to take a look at it the day I called and immediately knew what the problem was. They then replaced the outlet and reinforced it so the issue wouldn't happen again. They also diagnosed and fixed a mis-wired circuit. All of this was done within an hour, ahead of schedule and at a very reasonable price.

Josh's estimate was very detailed and he arrived at the promised time. He installed the led fixture and tested it too. He then explained how he did the wiring. It is obvious that he takes a lot of pride in his work. I will refer him to all of my friend and neighbors.

I paid you the fee, they were okay. The price that they wanted for some further work was very high. I can't tell you the exact amount since that time, but it was certainly more than what I would expect. I don't think I would recommend them. They need to look at their prices.

I couldn't ask for better service. Josh was very responsive to my request for email communications. He was great about keeping me updated on when he'd be here, and then arrived at exactly the time he'd last told me he'd be arriving. He was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to what I needed to have done, explained exactly how he'd translate that (placement of outlets and switches), then wrote up an estimate. The work took about 3 hours to complete and I paid exactly what he'd estimated the cost to be.

I decided to try this company based on an Angie's List deal being offered. I am glad I purchased the deal. My appointment was confirmed the day prior which was appreciated. The electrician, Garrett called to advise me he was on his way and wore protective shoe coverings in my home. Garrett was knowledgeable and courteous and performed the work in an efficient manner. It was obvious he was a competent professional and did the work well. In addition he was on time and did not try to sell me services that were not required. As a busy professional, I appreciate a company that shows up when they say they will and does the work right the first time. I will utilize this company for any future electrical needs that arise.

The service was alright. It was fine. I did not pay more than the $89 Big Deal cost. They are on-time. The workers were fine. They pretty much explained stuff.

Outstanding. They called me to tell me they could come early because they were ahead of schedule. Jeff and sean were great, knowledgable, friendly, professionial. Did a great job and helped me solve an issue we were having with flickering lights. I will use them again!!

Everything went very well. Sam Stone came over on Friday (11/20/15) to inspect what needed to be done. He explained everything he would have to do and how much it would cost. He came here on Monday (11/23/15) to do the work. All was done as agreed and we are very happy with our new electric fireplace. I would highly recommend Voltron Power for any electrical work and will use their services again when necessary.

The service was very prompt. When I talked with Josh, he walked me through the steps to provide information he needed. He then told me exactly who would be arriving to connect power for us. Sam arrived exactly as anticipated and did a terrific job. He was friendly, efficient, and concluded the project in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone who needed help with electrical problems. If we ever need an electrician in the future, we'll call Voltron Power.

two day job, paused to get specifics on AC and hot tub before lines are run. Work was done quickly and professionally. Although I had expected an earlier arrival, they still got it done.

We received a proposal (as promised) on the agreed date. The proposal was for an entire re-wire, etc of the 2nd floor. As luck would have it Voltron Power had accepted another job prior to the proposal being received and reviewed by us. Josh understood we were on a very tight deadline to keep the project moving so I begin looking for other Companies to do our wiring. On 5/28/2015, Josh sent me an email and indicated he had an opening on 5/29/2015 in which he could complete the sub panel and smoke/Carbon monoxide detectors. We were thrilled! As with his first appointment with us, Josh arrived on time, was professional and did an excellent job. He communicated by email, text or phone in a timely manner, which says a lot. (We appreciate that way that both Josh and his partner Jeff conducted themselves throughout this process) We will definitely use them again for additional Electrical work.
