Josh is awesome to work with. He is honest when he answers your questions, and explains in a way that a layman understands. Josh listened to my concerns and offered several options for completion. He did not come in and just say "this is what you have to do, enough said". He was very responsive, even making a return trip to my house after another contractor made a claim that turned out to be incorrect. Josh showed me the NEC references which demonstrated the prior contractor was, let's say, less than knowledgeable. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances I must delay the project until Spring. I will be contacting Voltron Power when I am ready to move forward.

Excellent, Garrett Munro arrived exactly on time identified himself as a licensed electrician and proceeded to install the protector. Very efficient and neat [ he wore covers on his shoes to avoid tracting in leaves and debris . I would certainly employ Mr. Munro again and would recommend him to any neighbors.

They performed the electrical inspection ,but did not follow up with an estimate for additional electrical work for my project. That required me to look for another contractor to complete the work that I need done.

Joshua brought another electrician with him and they both wore booties in my house and conducted themselves very professionally. He showed me his license that specified he was a master electrician as well.

The reason I am complaining is it said it is a whole house surge preventer, and there was an implication that its a whole house surge preventer. Well, it turns out that they put in a very, very low end unit that protects like the motor on your furnace and on your air condition system. It does not protect your electronics. I think it was a big deal, or some special deal. I guess if I'd been told it did not cover surge prevention for electronics, I wouldn't of bought it. Since the guy was here, you know, I told him to put it in. The guy was very nice and stuff, you know, but when I did some research after the fact as to what he put in, quite what I expected. If I'd had known that ahead of time. The point is that I didn't think the ad fully disclosed that the device they put in does not protect electronics. That is my biggest concern, we have lightning and I get my cable tv boxes, but I get electronics fried all the time, thunderstorms yeah. It was good quality. They came out the next day. The guy was quite up front with what he was doing. As you know if you're going to pay for a service call for someone to come out, skimping on the quality of the equipment they use is not a good deal. Quite happy to pay $50 more for a better piece of equipment.

The technician showed up at the promised time and installed a surge protector quickly. The workmanship was excellent.

Josh at Voltron Electrical is amazing. He was prompt for both the estimate and installation. He was priced fairly and worked with my very short timeframe to get the job completed. On top of it he was able to point out some other items of concern that would have had to be corrected as well so he absolutely saved me time and a trip to have this done all at once! I would absolutely hire him again and recommend to anyone!

Communicated well to set appointment, was on time for appointment, and did great job installing in a tight attic space. Would recommend highly, and will hire for other electrical work I need done.

Josh was great to work with, awesome guy. He was able to come over the same day I initially called him to get an estimate for the work I needed to have done. After getting three different quotes, Josh had the best price and availability. I talked over a few more options with Josh and decided a date to do the work. He showed up on time, called me to let me know he was on his way. He did a great job, I will call him again when I need an electrician.

These guy are awasome! Prompt, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Definitely had a challenge for them however they where all to find the issue and resolve it. Would definitely rehire this company. Priced very fair, actually care and not out to reach in your pocket

Two men spent the whole day completing the tasks and did a great job! They were professional and left their work areas neat. Very happy with their work and they gave us a nice Angie's list discount.
