 + -1 moreInstalling on went fine. Initially we were satisfied until after a couple months our floor started showing huge gaps in many places. (See pictures) Steve stopped responding to any of our phone calls, text messages etc. completely. Steve, we are not interested in giving you a bad review, but we would really like to get our floor fixed.

 + 1 moreSteve is very professional, his pricing was less than we expected and he did an excellent job. When we accidently made a scratch in our floor by moving our table to a different area, Steve even came back and fixed it for us at no cost even though it was our fault. He is the nicest guy, extremely knowledgeable and very honest about the work you need done and what could wait. I wouldn't hire anyone but him.
