I was very disappointed with their timliness. They told us they would arrive first thing in the morning to begin work, because they needed ample time to complete the job, and allow for dry time before our residents could come back and drive their cars on the asphalt. When I called to ask where they were over the next several hours, I was told a variety of stories ranging from "they're on their way" to "they got hung up on another job". They arrived about 5 hours late and began work. We hired them to fill all the cracks with rubber crack filler, but upon inspecting the work mid-way through, we realized many large cracks had not been filled. The workers on site said they were hired to fill 800 feet of cracks - that's it. Obviously they mis-measured during their initial estimate, and I had to argue with them to get them to fill the remaining cracks. Apparently, they were not happy with my insistance that they do this work, because they slopped rubber crack filler all over the parking lot...and on our concrete sidewalks. I also noticed that there was one small strip of "Caution" tape over the driveway entrance about 3 inches off the ground. I asked if they would mind making sure it was a little higher and just make sure to clearly block the driveway to avoid having people drive on it. They committed to put up an ample barrier, but never did that - and consequently we had someone miss the tape that was practically laying on the ground and drive in before the full dry time. Luckily, it was dry enough and no damage was done. We also discussed dry-time with the company because they originally told us it needed a full day to dry - we were concerned because they showed up 1/2 a day late to start work. We got mixed answers in terms of dry-time....some of them said it would just tak a few hours, others said 8 hours and others said 24. I was completely disappointed with the lack of professionalism of this company. I'm particularly disappointed in their behavior after they learned I wanted ALL the cracks filled. They were clearly irritated that they had to pull the crack-filling equipment back out of their truck, and they slopped it around because they were not happy and ignored their commitment to barricade the entrance. Completely unprofessional and frankly - pretty childish behavior. I'd never call them again.

They were working on the road in my subdivision. They were prompt, professional and my driveway looks great. I would highly recommend them.
