He knew exactly what needed to be done and even saved me some money by reusing materials that I had already (at his suggestion) to complete the fix on my leaky wall. Robert and his crew really hustled and got the job done quickly and professionally. They were only hired to clean and repair the gutters, but when the gutter repair turned up a nest of wasps, they took care of the nest as well. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for anything I needed done around the house.

On the plus side the contractor showed up for work everyday. He did a nice job on installing the front door and on the counter top laminate. When he took his time his work was good. However, he always seemed to be in a hurry and rushed jobs. In the bathroom remodel there was missing drywall tape between joints, missing grout between tiles, installed a damaged tile and left protruding nail heads. Their attention to detail is poor. I was disappointed that when tearing out old tile they did not isolate the work area to prevent dust from covering the entire house.

RPF contacted us immediately after submitting the request. They were at our house the following (cold) day, were very positive and gave us the quote. We had two other companies quote the job and RPF was by far the lowest priced and the most considerate through the quoting process. After they recieved the contract, RPF kept us updated with the project status, arrived and completed jobs when they said they would, and did not charge us extra for materials that cost more than they expected. I would highly recommend RPF to others. This project included stripping, painting, and repairing a fence, siding repair and some concrete work.
