+ -1 moreThis nice reputable business is nothing more than licensed thieves! I pawned my wedding rings and my Mothers anniversary band. My wedding set had a beautiful clear 3/4 carat diamond that you could actually see a bow tie in the center of with the naked eye! they put a dull diamond chip in, cut my star burst setting back, bent the prongs. All the 10 point diamonds in my Mothers anniversary band were replaced with their garbage! DO NOT PAWN YOUR DIAMONDS THERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT THEM!!!!!!!!
Description of Work: switched out my diamonds for their junk!

We did not need the full appraisal, merely information determining whether a piece was silver, gold, gold plated or costume jewelry, as well as whether the gems were authentic. 2 employees worked with us and they were very helpful and gracious. I would definitely go to Ronnie's again. I did send out a set of pearls to be restrung also.

+ 0 moreWe took our gold to have it appraised. I was alarmed that they took the items to the back to do the appraisal instead of in front of us. I did not like how they did things.
