Terrance did an outstanding and efficient job with the demolition of an interior closet and its complete refinishing in preparation for a new installation. He also did a great cleanup job after he finished, which was truly appreciated. We would certainly ask for Terrance again.

We had a small drywall repair. Lauren gave us a very timely and competitive quote. The drywaller Sam came on time, was not only friendly, but was very professional. Did the repair quickly and made no mess. Would highly recommend their services. Sam is the best!

Quick response to give me a quote, then they were able to start the work quickly. Ron closely supervised the work crews and was able to resolve issues that arose due to the age of my home and its idiosyncrasies!

This is the second time i have used this company sense 2019. They did a subpar job then and had to return several times until i ran out of project time and had to live with the pour quality corners and seems. I ended up cleaning it up myself. This time it was worse. Took serval months with multiple redoes and it still a none professional job. They seem to use subcontractors now and the people they use dont seem to take pride in there work. I installed the drywall and had them do the mud and tape. I laser leveled every corner when i framed it. After they finished, I noticed that every corner is noticeably wavy, inside and outside corners. When I called it out, all I got was a hard time. Again because I need to get onto the next faze of the project, I am now living with the pour quality workmanship. I ended up repairing the extremely bad corners myself. I will never use them again.

The guys that came out to do their specific job were all wonderful , friendly, professional, And went above and beyond. Iâ d definitely hire them again in the future for other projects.

We hired R and D for a drywall project. The drywall part was done, however not smoothly as a hole was cut that was too big and had to be redone and patched. They used their painter to paint interior and it was a miserable experience. The workmanship and professionalism was poor. They had to **fix** a wall that was NOT in the scope of work because of poor workmanship on their part. They REFUSED to make it right, and threatened legal action if we did not pay. Just a terrible experience.

Terrance was delightful. Gave me a call ahead to know when I could expect him. He was professional & courteous. He performed efficient and amazing work. I highly recommend this company and especially Terrance. Will absolutely call them again for future projects.

Terrance was professional and courteous; He is an expert at drywall repair. He was on time and worked diligently. He also made sure everything was covered well - so there was no extra dust when sanding. Over the years we have used many tradesmen, but hardly any as professional as Terrance. Because of his professionalism, work ethic and attitude if we have additional projects or if work is needed R&D will be our choice.

I was referred to R&D by my neighbors who are also in the process of a home remodel project. Shawn came out to provide the quote and completely worked around my schedule to bring in his crew for the job which consisted of a new board in a family room, and hallway and some repairs to the ceilings in both as well as the laundry room. The entire crew was polite, and professional and did an amazing job. In the process, we learned of a gap in our gas fireplace that was both unsafe and causing a carbon mess on my walls. Shawn had a contact for this as well and the entire fireplace has been repaired, saving me the time and effort to search for another contractor. It is very clear to me why R&D has been in this business for over 30 years and it all comes down to customer service. Thanks, Shawn and crew for a job well done!

The drywall guys showed up did not cover anything. Some drywall chunks and dust were not cleaned up. They've been out here three times to address what needs to be fixed. My husband had to go out and clean up with a shop vacuum. Overall the drywall, mudding and taping were nice. They did finally address and took care of the final product. We would recommend R and D drywall.
