Prosser Construction

It was a nightmare from day one. Mr. Prosser was ignorant, combative and arrogant every step of the way. It was as if he had attitude towards us for something unbeknownst to us. After our third meeting to discuss our dissatisfaction and when we started sustaining damage to our home, we decided it was time to fire him. We offered to pay him for his services to date and call it a day. Mr. Prosser refused and insisted on heading to Arbitration. Ultimately, Mr. Prosser was granted a partial award and my husband and I were granted an awarded of almost $10,000 in damages to our home. One would think that $10,000 in damages to our home alone would have constituted a breach of contract, but apparently, we did not fire him correctly? Who knows with Arbitration. In the end, the whole process just hurt everyone involved. We simply cannot in good conscience, recommend anyone hire Mr. Prosser or his incompetent sub-contractors. He is ignorant about how to treat clients, and his arrogance over shadowed his actual construction knowledge.

Roman was hands in all details. Performed work on time at a very reasonable cost. Extraordinary conscientious in cleaning up every day, leaving no mess.
