Description of Work: There was a 3 month wait for installation of my whole house generator, but they did an excellent job and were on time. I'm very happy with my generator. The problem I have is we wanted a solar system installed at another location and after the initial returned call and pictures emailed, I never heard from them again for an estimate and installation. I guess they don't want the business.

Description of Work: My whole house generator was failing to do a weekly self-test. They came out and changed the battery. Fortunately, my battery did not explode like my neighbor's did. They also suggested that I replace it every three years.

Description of Work: Installed 5.5 kW Solar Array with battery backup. Salesperson was very knowledgable and responsive. Gave meaningful options, worked within time and budget constraints. Installation was later in the year than I would have liked, but mostly due to me. Once the project was scheduled, the team came in and did the work as promised.

Description of Work: Needed an inspection, electrician came, checked things out and assured me things were ok. Then, because I had to pay for the hour, he asked me if there was anything else I needed done. He proceeded to look at the little things I mentioned and actually changed out a switch that need replacing. I was impressed, most would have just left, despite how much of the hour was left.
