Arrived right on time for estimate appointment. House had not been pressure washed for 5+ years. Had mold/mildew on siding. Was very friendly and courteous. Completed work 2-3 days after estimate given. Arrived on time and did a terrific job. No issues whatsoever! Would recommend highly.

Lucas did a great job. He was experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond my expectations. The house looks great after being pressure washed by him. No more mold, dirt or cobwebs on it, and there was no damage to the painted aluminum siding. The house looks very clean and bright. I called Lucas yesterday morning looking for a estimate, but he said he would not be able to get to my job for about 2 or 3 weeks because he was so busy. However he called me back later that evening and said he suddenly had a opening the next day if I was interested. I said I was. I was happy he remembered I had called in the morning and was looking for someone to do the job soon. He showed up this morning on time. In addition to doing a wonderful job with the pressure washing, he gave me some good advice on some issues I was having with my gutters, deck and leaky outdoor faucet. He went the extra mile to be helpful. I would certainly recommend his services, and hire him again in the future.

Lucas is wonderful to work with! He power-washed between the brick pavers on my patio and came back a couple days later to re sand between the bricks. He also applied a finish making the project complete.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Lucas. He was very responsive and quick getting out to give me an estimate. I recently purchased a rather large home on a lake. The exterior had spider webs, dirt, grime and in spots, mildew on it. The house has white trim and large white pillars that looked gray. The stone patio surfaces needed some TLC from the mildew and moss growing in between each stone. The balcony has an aluminum floor that was covered with mildew and grim. I was shocked how clean he was able to get every surface treated. The white pillars and trim are so bright and crisp. The balcony was so clean I would eat off of it, well maybe not, but you get the picture. Being on a lake, I suspect that I will be needing a power wash service at least once a year. I intend to use Lucas and Michigan Pressure Washing the next time as well.
