I am so busy. I'm bad about returning phone calls and emails. It's not that I'm avoiding you, or I don't want the window washing service. It's just that there are more pressing issues that need my attention. I contacted 6 places about window cleaning. Two didn't respond and the other3 played telephone tag or texted promising to send me a quote but never did. Then I heard back from this one. Bonnie is making money for Michigan Elite Window Cleaning! Her manner on the phone is a great first impression. As is her efficiency in applying just the right amount of nudging without being a pest. Her interpersonal skills are excellent and so is her follow up when she promises to get back with an answer. There are many more choices for window cleaning than the 6 I contacted but I doubt you will find anyone who gets you on the schedule better than Michigan Elite. I'll let you know how the window cleaning and gutter cleaning go.

Just had our house windows cleaned by Chris and his crew and they did a very excellent job. Fast, efficient and fairly priced.

This was our first time hiring a window washing company and we are totally satisfied with Elite. Dave and Lindsey in the office are responsive and thorough with their replies to Email correspondence. The 3 young men (Dillion, Jay, & Justin) who came as scheduled were professional, personable, and detailed in their work. We'll be calling Elite again.

MI Elite Window Cleaning sent a crew of 3 to clean our windows. We have a colonial home, so it makes it difficult for us to do the windows. They came on time; did a perfect job; gave me information about next season's cleaning procedure; were professional and pleasant. We will certainly hire them again in the spring. It went very well. The house was a new purchase and is not yet occupied. The company came earlier than they anticipated and got the job done and billed us. The process was very simple and professional.

They responded to my request promptly with interest in job, then followed up with a very reasonable proposal which I accepted. I gave them 3 options for performing work. (all this via email.) They showed up on time for one of them. Professional, efficient. I only asked for the back gutters, but they noticed debris in some others so cleaned those also at no extra charge. Cleaned up well afterward. Then followed up with a thank you.

Their team was out the first day weather permitted, one of the guys saw a gutter was loose and went back up to fix it for me. Very professional and quick, did a Great job, thanks!

We can not say enough Great things about Michigan Elite! We have been using Michigan Elite twice a year for the past 8-10 years and have always been extremely happy with the work. The crews have always been professional, respectful our home, quick, and very proficient with excellent pricing. On November 16, the crew came out in absolutely miserable weather (32 degrees, cloudy with drizzle and snow on the ground) to clean our 40 windows. Totally impressed!! You won't be disappointed!

The crew arrived early, were very polite and professional, and took great care both inside and outside the house.

They did a superb job cleaning the windows and screens, including basement and garage windows. I don't think they have ever looked this good. We wanted the outside walls cleaned because of mold on the siding on the north side of the house. The mold is gone and the exterior looks great. Didn't realize how dirty all the walls had gotten. They were friendly, courteous and very professional.

Can't say enough good things about this company. Requested a quote on this site...got a responsive email with a very reasonable quote. We have a lot of windows. Scheduling was prompt with a follow up email plus a reminder email the day of service. Crew showed up on time and did an excellent job. One thing more off my list...wish all companies were this organized and responsive and did this quality job. I will hire again next time I need my windows cleaned.
