I was completely satisfied with the work performed by the technician. He paid attention to detail and found my cooling condenser was almost completely blocked by cottonwood seeds and other debris. If he had not found this, it would likely have cause the unit to fail costing me hundred of dollars. I was impressed by the quality of work at a reasonable price.

We were having issues with our furnace and decided to call Martin Mechanical for help after seeing great reviews on Facebook and google. They came out quickly yesterday, diagnosed the issue and came back today to install our new furnace. They offered great pricing, and super quick service! We would highly recommend them for any HVAC services.

Zack came in to give me quote as was the only guy who was not a sales person. Value for money wise his company is excellent. He installed Tempstar furnace and Media filter. We pulled the permit . The mechanical inspector came in and said whoever did this job did it professional. Particularly he liked how the media filter cabinet was installed. We couldn't get the CWire to the thermostat. He will be coming in this week to install it. Every electrical connection were clamped to the duct properly. He also put in new drain for the humidifier. Awesome guy. Normally I would wait for atleast 6 months to a year to leave a review. In this case, because of the exceptional installation and because of the comment that inspector made i am leaving 5 star review. Will update in future if any new issues crop up. I don't expect that to be case.

We called Zach on a Sunday morning because our Mother-in-Laws furnace wasn't working. He answered right away and was out to her house in no time. Upon his inspection he found that she would need a new furnace. He was back the next morning and had her new furnace installed and running by early afternoon. She told me that when she had returned back home from some errands that Zach and his worker had brought her groceries in and also pulled her car in the garage for you. We will always recommend and use Martin Mechanical Heating and Cooling. GREAT JOB well done!

I initially hired Zach, through a recommendation from a friend, to replace my hot water tank and ended up needing a furnace replacement. A week before I had my hot water tank replaced - the tank was still working at the time- I had another company come out to clean my furnace. They were able to clean my furnace, but told my one of my motors was going and gave me 4 different quotes, all quite expensive, to replace my furnace. A couple of days later, my tank started to go, which is when I called Zach. Zach did a great job replacing tank a price that was cheaper than another contractor for the same model. After turning on my tank, he also inspected my furnace, which was emitting carbon monoxide. The company that cleaned it a week prior never notified my of the issue. Zach was able to come out the next day and install the same furnace the other company quoted for much less. His people did a great job and left my basement cleaner than they found it. I would highly recommend their service.

Zach and crew were highly responsive, competitively priced, and delivered a quality job as promised and on schedule, even working on New Year's Eve at no extra surcharge to deliver and install a brand new furnace. It would be worth your while to have them quote your HVAC needs, you may be surprised at the value you can unlock vs. the 'household names' you see and hear all the time with their catchy jingles. Zach and Eddie were knowledgeable, straight forward, pleasant and hard working. They were very responsive to include communications on Sunday to prepare for a Monday install. Zach is the small business owner and communicates well with updates, expected arrival times, issues and alternatives. Good users of technology; don t try to cut corners; and, competitively priced. They care about doing a great job and making sure their customer is safe along the way and happy with the job. The only improvement recommendation I have for a small business like this is to ensure that it can take credit cards as a form of payment without trying to add a credit card processing fee. It is a safer, more convenient and expected payment method to use in today s business world. I definitely recommend using Martin Mechanical H & C, and am glad that we met them through Home Advisor!

Prompt. Patient explaining options. Honest in his recommendations. Excellent craftsmanship. As a local, licensed and professional independent small business they demonstrated personal pride in the finished product. I called Zach because our AC was not working. He assessed the problem and provided options. In consideration for the age of the entire HVAC system, I decided to replace both the AC unit and the furnace. It is important to note that everything was not rainbows and lollipops. There was an issue getting the equipment delivered ahead of the install, but Zach addressed the issue promptly and the job was completed. We were very happy with the overall transaction and value Martin Mechanical delivered.
