.The first worker from Henderson Glass in Waterford arrived on time. He was professional and friendly. While he waited about 3 minutes for the second man to arrive, the first man removed the mirror from the wall and set it on the counter with the top leaning against the wall. When the second man arrived, they carried the mirror to their truck. They also offered to dispose of a partially broken 2 ft by 3ft mirror which was sitting on my garage floor. Since They had told me the price by phone before they came out, I reluctantly paid the $160.00. I realize Henderson Glass in Waterford, MI provided 2 men for the job due to the mirror size. However, charging over $30 a minute for this job was excessive! Since I have used Henderson Glass in Okemos in the past and been very satisfied with their work, I will probably use them again in the future for glass shelving, etc. But I will never again use Henderson Glass, Waterford, MI for mirror removal!

My windshield was damaged when I was driving on the freeway a few weeks back. The cost of the windshield was going to be less then my deductible so I was planning on paying cash. I originally was having my windshield replaced at my office, but due to rain it wasn't looking likely. I got a call from Jenny, and they offered to pick up my car and take it to their shop so we wouldn't have to reschedule. That impressed me. When they removed the old windshield, they noticed something else that had happened as well, and that would put it over my deductible and not only called me to let me know exactly, but contacted my insurance to help with the claim since I was at work and trying to juggle a ton of stuff at once. Jenny really saved me a lot of time and hassle, I was extremely impressed (and that's not easy), and has earned my business in the future!

They gave me the paper and I made the pattern and took it back and they cut it. It took a couple of weeks before it was cut, but it fit like a glove. Customer service was very good.
