For several years now, Evelux has come through for me quickly, efficiently, for all kinds of plumbing emergencies. Mike is very knowledgable and very friendly. Excellent service and pricing. Everyone at Evelux goes above and beyond. They treat me and all of their customers like family. Highly recommend, need more than 5 stars.

At First they were great. coming right out and putting in the gas line for our landscapers. We have now been waiting since the 24th of June for them to hook it up to the actual firepit and gas meter. They always answer the phone, tell us they tentatively have us schedule for Wednesday or Friday and then never show up, neve call us back when they say they will. Telling us they are going the best they can. If they didn't want to finish the job they should have the decency to tell us. We could have had someone else get this done weeks ago! I am not sure what their issue is with finishing our job but this is just unacceptable and very unprofessional. DO NOT HIRE THEM!

Evelux did a great job remodeling our kitchen. Took the old kitchen and laundry room completely down to floor boards, laid new floor tiles, installed new cabinets and appliances, came out beautiful.

Evelux did a great job remodeling our guest bathroom. The existing room was completely demolished and extended from an odd shape. All plumbing had to be re-routed and everything re-build from the studs, it turned out beautiful! Experienced & professional staff, very nice people. We hired them again for a second bathroom remodel currently ongoing.

You guys really helped me out today. Great service, great people, Great price. Will use again. They fixed the clog without any issues. Thank you!

Very friendly, from setting up immediate emergency appointment, to Brian's great work onsite. Fixed our problem and cleaned up some sketchy work from the last guy. Price was fair and and Evelux is now my go-to plumber.

Our power went out for 3 days before thanksgiving of this year. The backup sub pump failed to work during this power outage and the basement flooded again ruining the new hardwood floor we had in our basement. He did come and fix the pump so it would work but I asked him about helping to replace the damaged floor from the pump failing to work and he will not respond to me.

Mike has put in a new bathroom for me and did major work on another. Did a great job. He also installed a backup sump pump recently. Again, great job. He recently came to snake a drain where I have a chronic problem. Mike must have gotten frustrated as he left without resolving the problem and I haven't heard from him since (in spite of repeated calls from me). That was about 6 weeks ago. After developing a relationship over the past few years I am astounded by his lack of professionalism and communication. Do not use.

This was the second of two visits. The first time Mike snaked the kitchen drain, but we could not confirm if the problem had been resolved because the application of a drain cleaning fluid a few days previous had removed the symptom. On this second visit, Mike snaked the section of pipe from the outside clean-out back into the house. Problem solved. Symptom--slow gurgling drain--eliminated and has not returned. Mike has done work on our home on several pervious occasions. We've always been pleased with his service and with the results. Scheduling can sometimes be difficult, but I expect that's a common problem with smaller owner operated businesses, especially when working on problems for which resolution time can be difficult to gauge.

Although Mike came right out and fixed the problem, he did not inform me of my options. He came in with the pump he claimed to be the best in his opinion, with few calls for repair. Being that my house was flooding, I did not dispute his expertise. The system was loud and I had to call him several times to inspect. He did have to clean out debris which had fallen into the pump. The drainage by previous owner had been installed incorrectly and although he presented ideas to fix the problem, never quoted me the job. The noise was so annoying, I did not want to sit on my patio and listen to the gushing of the water. Also a flap was broken, which he said was not a problem and did not repair. I since called out another company who did a wonderful job, no more noise. Redug the trench, fixed the flap and gave me a credit for the total cost of $300 I paid to Evelux. Although, I do believe Mike is an expierenced plumber and did well on the installation, he lacks in his follow through. I had initally asked him to install and new stainless sink and faucet in the kitchen, which he did quote but never called back to do the job. He said his schedule was full, it could be 3 days or 2 weeks. I never heard back from him.

Michael and his team does great work. They are knowledgeable and fast. While I don't use them as my #1 plumbing company, I don't hesitate to call them when I have a complex issue. The only reason I don't use them all the time is because their service fee tends to be a tad higher than the other plumbing service I use.
