Derek quoted sod & new tree project, was always on time & did what he said what his team would do. The sod looks great (I was vigilant about watering it after installation).

First time but Very please to work with this company .we stop there on Saturday and guy in the office was very helpful regards how much soil we need and type of grass . The delivery went very well the driver was very polite and professional and drop the soil just were I need it without complain saving me hours off moving stuff from one place to another ,also give me tips off how to plant and water the new seeds Thank you guys !!

Very speedy on providing quote. Slow to respond for providing timing when ready for work to be performed

Everything was going fine until some of the sod did not take {grow}. My calls then went unanswered until I gave up. The lawn looked great when the installers left, but some areas did not do well.

I called Breen's and within a few days, Rob came to my home to give me an estimate. I had a budget in mind and Rob was able to plan a beautiful design that fit our needs. He also emailed a detailed estimate sheet to me that listed all of the items he would be using. His crew was on time and worked to complete the job. They were friendly, helpful, and took time to explain how to care for each of the plants. I'm so happy I chose them to landscape our front yard. I will be calling them in the spring to help us with our back yard landscaping. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for a reliable landscaping company!

Breen's delivered it in two loads with a truck that could be manuvered between a very narrow area with trees and shrubs. Driver did a fantastic job of getting it to where we needed it with no damage to trees or shrubs. Top soil is excellent quality and the driver did an awesome job. Friendly service...Great job Breen's!

1) Breens delivered the total 6 yards of mulch to one location and did not split the load as paid for, written on the invoice, and promised. 2) The delivery came on time at 3P and the mulch was good quality. However the driver dumped all the mulch at one location 3) my neighbor was not present during the 3-5 minute unloading process 3) The driver told my neighbor, post unloading that it was never explained to him to split the load when it was clearly written on the paperwork. 4) I drove back to Breen's to explain the situation, and they explained that the driver knew what to do and was highlighted on the paperwork. They then promised to come move the 3 yards to our house next door as originally paid for and agreed to. 5) About 1-2 hours later, Breen's called me and stated my neighbor agreed that is fine to dump everything on his location and that my wife would have no problem moving everything with the wheelbarrow. Therefore, Breen's stated we will no move the mulch or provide any refund 6) My neighbor and I have planned a split load for one month and I have known him for 10 years. My neighbor may have put the driver at ease after the mistake and said don't worry about it, but in no way asked him to change our plans. 7) Being lied to by Breen's, I was no longer polite with Breen's. I explained that I was a repeat customer and they would not provide any refund and even no refund for the delivery portion. 8) My neighbor also called Breens back and asked them to move the mulch as he/we designated and told Breen's that they owe it to me to come back and move the mulch. I have not received any call back from Breen's nor has this been done. 9) If you think about this situation and Breen's comments, you can understand that Breen's comments were clearly cover-up and don't make any sense that we would all of sudden arbitrarily say and quot;yes it's fine, deliver all of it to my neighbors house. We don't mind walking an extra 200 ft with every wheelbarrow load full of mulchand quot;. 10) Based on Breen's different responses, I can only guess the driver probably intended to split the mulch at both locations, but for some reason all of the mulch came out at once. At that point they were finished with the job and in no way were willing to fix the problem. 11) Therefore I have no reason to ever use Breen's again and don't recommend them to anyone for any delivery service.

Our experience with them was good. They did what they said they were going to do. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. They were pretty good.

We decided to delay our landscaping project until next year.
