I received a few reminder phone calls, up to the day before. Clark and Steve were hard working and thorough and this job was tough. They were very pleasant to me and my little ones (who were curious).. They are service orientated, like most family owned businesses. I'm highly satisfied with the process, product and service. Ron from Ecology Products , INC He was very professional and explained All the different option's and feature's of the World of Insulation's...I Learned a lot that day. They showed up on the date and time we had Scheduled and even called the day before to make sure we would be home. His crew came in introduced themselves. They explained what all they were doing to make sure we were all the same page as per Ron's visit.They wasted no time in getting to work and finishing up and cleaning the job site up.I would highly recommend them for your project's. Very prompt, professional and efficient. They took the time to go through the steps of the service and answered all my questions. There’s a noticeable difference in temperature and we’ve already seen a drop in our electric bill. Would definitely recommend!
