BCM Roofing

I contracted with BCM Roofing to replace my badly worn roof and a soffit that had rotted as a result of a leak. I could not be happier. Jake was great at keeping me up to date and answering all my questions. The crew showed up on time the day of the job, were friendly and anxious to answer any of my questions, and they did a really great job. In addition, the job was finished a day early and came in on budget. I will definitely recommend BCM Roofing to my friends and family and will contact them in the future for any additional work I may need done to my roof.

I HIGHLY recommend BCM. The owner, Brian, conveyed honesty and integrity from the get-go. He’s clearly very invested in keeping his solid reputation of integrity and great work. I had researched many roofing companies and narrowed down the field to a select few, including BCM. BCM won my business, not with just a good price, but with Brian’s very apparent integrity, being hands-on in the roof installation, and his professionalism in running a company with strong values, honesty, integrity, and installation warranty. Great work and customer service from beginning to end. It was an extremely easy process for me as a customer. Go with BCM...you will NOT be disappointed. Very professional, and, of the utmost importance to me, the integrity to provide quality work. BCM is in it for the long-haul, to give you quality work so you won't need repairs down the road. Excellent I was not here when brian came out but my husband met with him and liked him alot. He left us alot of info to look over and complete list of everyting he was providing. It was much more than the other people we had out to give us a bid. they did a beautiful job and all the installers were great.. Our gazebo has 3 roof tiers and was very wobbly but they did a great job on that too. We would highly recommend them

Went well. It required a 2nd try, but that's the nature of roof problems. BCM was responsive and fair. The owner is one of the working roofers, not just a manager.

It went great! The team started on the day they said they would & were completely finished by the next day. They were friendly & did a wonderful job cleaning up afterwards, I would use them again.

My entire experience with BCM went extremely well. At the time of the initial quote, Brian was running a bit late. He called me before our scheduled appointment time to let me know, which was greatly appreciated. He arrived only a few minutes after the scheduled time; had he not called, I wouldn't have even thought twice about it. Brian took a look at the work we needed to have done, explained how he planned to address the concerns I had about roof ventilation and provided a quote. His quote was not the lowest price I received but I was most comfortable with the planned work so I arranged for BCM to do the work. There was exceptional communication during the entire process. I received a call before the work was scheduled to let me know everything was still going to go as planned. The morning of the work, I got another call saying that the crew needed to return to the previous day's job but would still arrive at my place that day. Work started mid-morning and was still expected to be complete the same day. While the job was in progress, I received a call letting me know that the crew needed to replace more of the roof decking than was anticipated so the final charge would be slightly higher. This was clearly on the quote, so not a surprise. I did appreciate the fact that BCM made the effort to let me know ahead of time. The job was not able to be completed in one day, but BCM returned the next morning to finish and clean up. The fact that things took a bit longer was due to the additional wood needed and also because the crew got caught in a couple unexpected rain showers that had them scramble to tarp off the exposed parts of the roof. All in all, the delays were not significant and totally reasonable given the circumstances. I would highly recommend BCM for a roofing project. My experience truly was a function of getting what I paid for.

He said the skylight was fine and did NOT need to be replaced. He also said the roofing job we had was excellent. He spoke that highly of a competitor. Clearly, I was happy to know we had a great roofing job and the skylight flashing was well done. It was so refreshing to have someone come by and be honest. That's how bad things are, no one is honest anymore. Brian has my vote!!! Thank you, Brian.

The work was done well, the workers did a great job in installing the roof, cleaning up and leaving everything around the house nice and clean. I would highly recommend BCM roofing and Brian Musgrove. Brain is very knowledgeable of his business and what needs to be done and very responsive to your call.

Bryan the owner came out to take a look at my roof, because I had a leak coming through a light fixture in my kitchen. He was extremely prompt. Bryan took a look at the roof and determined that it was not a roof problem, but a window that was not trimmed out and needed attention from a window specialist. I was very impressed with Bryan's honesty and knowledge. He even offered to have the window pro I call him, when I got the job done.

The owner came out and inspected to roof. SO nice and SO honest. Told me our roof was in amazing shape and had been done really well! Told me where the leak was coming from (window caulking) and referred me to someone who can come out and fix the problem.

Very well. The person who did the quote, and later the workers who fixed the roof all showed when they said they would, were very professional, made follow-up phone calls, did the work very well, exactly as they said they would, for a reasonable price. I would definitely use their services again.

We had a small leak coming into one of our bedrooms on Sunday night. I called BCM Monday morning and they had someone at our house at 5pm that day. Brian the owner was very nice, early to the appointment, and professional. He went on the roof and inspected it. He gave us his solution to the problem- replacing the vents and had a quote for me in 5 minutes. I was worried I needed a new roof but he assured me I did not- he was very honest about what actually needed to be done. His workers were able to fix the roof on Wednesday, I didn't even have to be there which was great. Not pushy about payment- I was able to call and provide a credit card payment over the phone. I would definitely recommend. Down the line when I do need a new roof, they will be the ones I call.

The person who took my call was friendly and helpful and was able to schedule us within 2 days. Brian, the owner, called when on his way and came early. We had been told by a home inspector 4 years ago when we bought the home that we may only get a couple more years out of our roof. We were expecting the worst since we already had a leak. Brian found a crack in two rubber flanges around exhaust pipes and replaced them. Also told my husband that the roof didn't need to be replaced now and that we could probably get 2-5 more years out of it. He also declined payment for repairing the flanges! This is such a refreshing change from other contractors we have dealt with in the past. One doesn't often find and individual with this degree of integrity. When the time comes to replace our roof, we will definitely be calling BCM! Thanks again Brian.

We were told in 2008 by a home inspector that our roof was on its last legs. We finally made some appointments for estimates (6/14/16). The first two roofers came out and said the roof was "okay" but it's not a bad idea to fix it now before real damage occurs; we received their estimates. Our third estimate was BCM; owner Brian came out today and said we didn't need a new roof - that our existing roof might have as much as 10 more years on it. We had cash in hand, ready to buy a new roof (thinking 10-11,000 bucks) and this nice, honest man said to keep our money and spend it on something else that is more needed, etc.. He could have easily taken us for a ride. This kind of honesty is hard to come by.... (his and BCM's very high ratings on Angie's List were pretty accurate, it turns out!). What a treat to deal with someone so honest (and nice). We'll definitely call BCM when we need our roof done - whenever that is!

Honestly, not much to say other than these guys are very professional and do quality work. They finished the job quick and when I got home that day, you wouldn't have even guessed they were there because of how well they cleaned up. Jake is a very friendly CSR and made the whole process very smooth. Would/will definitely use these guys in the future.

From beginning to end this company was no nonsense and truly amazing! Brian came right out to give me an estimate. He gave me a few options and in the end I decided to replace the entire roof. I wasn't able to schedule right away, but they came out and put a tarp on an area that I was having an issue with until I was ready for them to do the work. When I was finally able to schedule they gave me an appointment right away, which was on a Monday. All supplies were delivered on Saturday. The dumpster arrived at 7am Monday morning and BCM Roofing arrived shortly after. Again, they were no nonsense! They arrived, unloaded, set-up, repaired, added new wood, shingled, cleaned up, and my house looked better and cleaner after they left then before they got there! The dumpster company arrived maybe 30 minutes later to haul the dumpster away and other than the sign and the sparkling new roof you would never have known I had a crew of guys working on my house. I could not have been happier! Side note, the two people that I had the pleasure of dealing with in the office were truly amazing, helpful, pleasant, and efficient. If you need a new roof, look no further, this is the company to use!

Brian, the owner, came out to give the original estimate. My husband and I liked him from the start as we found him to be very personable and we believed what he was telling us - he instilled trust from the beginning. He asked for our business without the pressure tactics that we had already experienced with other roofing contractors and we wanted to give it to him on the spot but we had some additional contractors coming the next day and we wanted to evaluate all of the estimates before making a decision. At the end of the process, we found the estimate from BCM to be the most fair and reasonable of all the offers we had received. We understood that roofing jobs are expensive but some popular roofing companies wanted to charge us upwards of $10,000 to do our house and garage. Buying a roof is a daunting and expensive undertaking but I felt comfortable and confident with BCM right from the start so as soon as the evaluation process was complete I contacted BCM to schedule the service. The workers arrived that morning along with Brian and I was impressed with how they worked and that they were organized, professional and respectful of our property and that of my neighbors. Everyone seemed to have a specific task to do and they worked together very well as a team. They cleaned up the areas very well and finished the job earlier than expected. With the exception of a break for lunch, they worked continuously until the job was finished. Working with Jake (the Office Manager) was a positive experience also - he was very responsive to my emails and scheduling the service was a seamless experience. Overall, I am very happy with the work that BCM did and we love our new roof. I will recommend this company to everyone that I know.

Great experience from setting up the appt to getting our roof done. Jake showed up for our quote exactly when he said he would. We paid exactly what the quote was. They showed up around 7:15am with materials and dumpster and roofers were there shortly after. Got the job done on our 1300 sq ft home in 1 day. We would recommend them and use them again. Our roof looks great!

I contacted them over a week ago and was told Brian would come (appointment scheduled for 2pm today). When Brian arrives I was told that this job is too big for them? The roof is around 2,000 SQ. FT. A whole week wasted and staying home from work for nothing. Next time please Google map to see if a roof "is too big for you to do" before wasting my time.

Very professional team. Brian and Jake were great to work with. They discussed my concerns in detail and showed that they cared about providing a quality service and product.

1) Excellent job, quality work, very happy with the workmanship and results. The BCM people were on time, did a neat and professional job, cleaned up at completion, and were friendly and cooperative. 2) Brian, the owner and salesman, came out to review with the siding and coping on my flat roof with me. He could have taken the job but suggested alternate ways to accomplish the same end. I was most impressed with his approach as it would have been easy for him to take and then subcontract the work; I likely would have been none the wiser. Up front, honest advice is far too rare and very appreciated. I gained a lot of respect for him and his company. I strongly recommend him for any roofing need. He is head and shoulders above others I have met.

I recently had BCM replace the roof on my new home in Rochester Hills. The original roof was in rough shape and had deteriorated to the point where the shingles were coming apart and falling into gutters and causing drainage issues. BCM did an excellent job from start to finish. I called for a quote and two days later Brian arrived at my house to provide the quotation. I compared his quote to others, liked the price, and made the decision to proceed with BCM. The whole process took 3 weeks from start to finish. It was clear from the beginning that BCM takes pride in the work they do. Despite unfavorable weather condition the work crew did an excellent job and finished on time. The roof looks great and so does my yard thanks to a very thorough clean up job. These guys pay attention to the details?.even painting my exhaust vents black to match my new roof. Thank you to the BCM team?I am a very happy customer!!
