Description of Work: Called them because of leak in dining area. They checked three different sources for the leak and fixed them all. Work wasn't done on schedule due to extreme cold - the shingles were frozen. They came back out the first day it warmed up even a little and were able to finish the job. They were very professional and helpful. I was told that I may need more insulation - asked the workman at the house for them to quote the job. I haven't heard from them. They did such a good job - I will call and have them come estimate the additional work.

Description of Work: This provider did eave cleaning for a friend of mine and I do not have all the particulars except that I know that she was very satisfied with their work. She is Korean and cannot write her own review in English for you. If you need more information from her, I will try to get more and fill it in in more detail. I do not remember the date this service was performed or how much she paid. I do know she was very satisfied with the service.

Description of Work: Cleaned snow from roof and ice from gutters. They were here in less than an hour. They did a thorough job and were efficient and pleasant.

Description of Work: Salesman arrived on time and made a very professional presentation. He reviewed my requirements and made his recommendations. Of the seven proposals I received this was the second best. I liked what I saw very much, unfortunately for BCM they fell just a little short.

Description of Work: Came out and took a look. Didn't get an estimate, so I followed up. Said they would get back to me. I never heard from them.

Description of Work: Responded quickly. A worker came and I had to call for the estimate several days later. I was able to get the work done at half their price elsewhere.

Description of Work: We had a small sheet of shingles (maybe 3 ft by 4 ft) that came loose during an early storm. The serviceman evaluated the damage and determined that the shingles were not nailed properly during installation. He gave me a reasonable quote for rework, and then a smaller quote to fix the existing damage, which he repaired in less than an hour. Excellent job.

Description of Work: After considering the offers of several different roofers we chose to go with BCM. Brian answered all of our questions and worked with us on several details. At no time did we feel any pressure. The crew came out on the date specified and replaced our roof efficiently and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves except for a few staples that we found after the spring thaw. After a record breaking winter it looks as good as new. Thank you for an excellent job! We would recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality roofing job.

Description of Work: Replaced shingles that came loose or broke during high winds one day. Also left me extra shingles to use in case needed in the future. Friendly people!

Description of Work: Roof leak after a rain with water pouring through ceiling. Very cold with snow on the way. Not only did they come and pinpoint the leak, they were |actually able to get over to fix earlier than expected. I had called 3 other businesses prior to this one, and none of the others even bothered to show up to give an estimate, or wanted a residential job so small!

Description of Work: I have used BCM to clean my gutters for the past two years. I was home in 2013 when the work was done. A crew blew debris out of the gutters, checked that the gutters were securely attached to the house and cleaned up the debris that was removed. |In 2014, ice had to be removed from the gutters before the debris could be cleaned out. |I am pleased with the work and would use BCM again.
