Description of Work: I called today to schedule an appointment because I recently purchased a house and I thought I had a roof issue. Anyway, after carefully listening to what the issue was, I was told that the issue was most likely condensation & not a leaky roof. I was given a name & number of an Insulation/Attic Company in my area. This contractor came out to my house that day. Thank you BCM

Description of Work: Brian showed up right on time. checked my roof to find cause of leak in kitchen, found the roof to be okay, but siding on dormer right above kitchen was all loose letting water in. Gave me a referral for siding work. No charges. I have a very good impression of him and company and would definitely call again.

Description of Work: BCM cleaned my gutters, which were overflowing with maple saplings, pine needles, etc. The worker came out on a Sunday, which worked out really well as it rained hard the following day. He was careful not to wreck my perennials, and bagged all the junk in the gutters so that none of it reached the ground. |Also, he also reattached a down spout which was falling apart due to a bungled attempt my me to use it with a rain barrel. (This, was not part of the contract--he did it to be nice.) The price was $70 less than another quote I'd received.

Thorough, happy, knowledgable, prompt, knew what needed to be done and went right to work. Supported and spotted each other when needed. Cooperated delightfully to work with and around the other crew that was working in the garden beds.

Description of Work: I did not use them. The diagnosed problem was completely incorrect. I had several more companies out for the problem and none of them agreed with this company. The repair guy said my roof vent was broken and somebody must have stepped on it. It was not broke at all. He flat out lied about the repair. I will never use this company or recommend them.

I'm so sorry for the confusion. At the time of the estimate, there was snow on the roof and we had trouble digging down to the shingles to see where the hole currently was located. The snow in the attic was directly below the roof vent and he concluded that the opening was from the roof vent. I'm so sorry we were unable to do a full roof inspection at that time due to the weather. The winter season is the most difficult time for estimates, we try to wait for the snow to melt but winter emergencies happen and we try the best we can. Please accept our sincerest apologies, we hope everything turned out beautiful for you.
