Description of Work: Fixed leaking roof on gable over bathroom. It went great. We had them in for a quote on the whole roof but his information enabled USD to do a gift and put the roof off a few years. We will be hiring BCM to do the whole roof when the time comes. The neighbors saw them when we were getting a quote and had BCM do their roof. They were fast and it looks fantastic.

Description of Work: The crew from BCM Roofing was very thorough. They tried to finish in one day but the rough shape of my garage slowed their progress. They stuck with it until dark but had to come back the next day. Clean up was great and the new roof looks fantastic.

Description of Work: Tore off the old roof and reroofed, installed new roof vents ( plus more than I had before and needed) vent for the range fan, bathroom fans. Also had them install new gutters. They were excellant to work with.

Description of Work: They fit in a quick examination to inspect our leaking roof and responded with a fair quote. Description of Work: Replaced ridge shingles and ridge vent on the main part of the house and installed a ridge vent with shingles on the garage. The guys arrived ahead of schedule and finished the work in less than 3 hours. They were courteous and cleaned up very well. I would definitely hire BCM again.

The project was explained by the owner of BCM Roofing and the project was accepted. It was our understanding that you were aware of the extra work that was needed when the skylight was installed. The skylight installation may not always be an exact fit. This requires interior work to be performed, such as drywall and painting. We understand your frustration.
