I was very pleased with them.

They were wonderful. I have quite a long roof with 4 valleys and a step down in the garage and they did a wonderful job. They had to strip it down to the wood as the wood was fine. They didn't have to replace any of the wood work and they put the ice strips around it. They did a good job and they did it quickly. They did it in 2 days which was amazing. They cleaned up behind them and they were just wonderful. There was no damage done. They went around with a magnet afterward and picked up any mails that were lying around. They did a wonderful job. I have nothing but good to say about the crew that came. They were all young guys and it was more like a family affair. They did a wonderful job and the price was reasonable as far as I am concerned. I am very happy with them. I think their price was fair. Theirs was the middle bid. I had one that was higher and one lower. I took them because the young man that I dealt with was very personable and straight forward. I went with him. He was one of Angie's List contractors. I was just very pleased. I am a very petty person and I have built this house so you can imagine. I think for what they did the price was fine. They were there and they were here till the work was done. I would use him again and I would not go to anybody else.

Brian arrived on time was was very professional. He was well prepared, answered all questions clearly and provided a fair estimate. I would not hesitate contacting him in the future.

They were excellent. I got them from Angieslist. They were very professional, gave me an estimate and stuck to it. They did exactly what they said. They did something beyond what they said and didn’t charge me extra for it which I appreciated.

BCM did an outstanding job within the time frame they proposed. I was not home at the time but found that they had even covered my plantings in the back yard so as not to destroy them. My yard looks better than ever (to say nothing of the roof!).

I will never use another roofer besides Brian of BCM. His work was great, his prices are very fair (another quote I had for this job was more than twice as much & did not include materials ). He spent a lot of time making sure that this problem never happens again. For example, in places where the wood rotted fromt he water damage (on the front of the house wehere the awning & a gutter attach), he not only replaced the wood, but he then clad it in aluminum to protect it. I was very impressed & have already given his contact info to one neighbor & a couple of friends.

The workers were polite and professional. They showed up on time and placed tarps around the house to catch debris. When they were done for the day, they checked to make sure any nails or other materials were picked up. Brian, the owner, explained how the new helmeted gutters would work and the kind of maintenance that might be necessary to keep them functioning properly.

BCM Home Improvement were on time and did a good job.

We were very satisfied with the job that BCM did. Brian, the owner of BCM, was a great guy to work with, and I enjoyed dealing with an owner who was a working member of the roofing crew. We have recommended BCM to several of our friends.

We awoke to the sound of dripping. Huge ice dams had formed and we were in a panic - water was flowing into the house. Call a friend who highly recommended this company. Based on that and the fact we found no complaints about them we called. The owner spoke to me directly and as soon as I explained that water was running into the house he came with his crew immediately! He was here in a couple of hours - fantastic considering how many ppl were having this problem this winter. He examined the situation, even went into the attic to see if the insulation was getting wet. Then after explaining exactly what needed to be done and why - he worked with his crew to take care of things. They removed the snow and as much ice as possible w/o damaging the shingles then put lots of de-icing chem's all over the roof - extra even because it was due to snow later. When they left a few hours later the entire roof was clear and one of his guys even shoveled away the snow - totally cleaned up the drive and shoveled the walkway which hadn't even been shoveled before they came. Any efficient and professional crew. The owner walked me around when complete to be sure I was satisfied before paying. We plan on having them return in the Spring for some work we want to do. The owner is young - dont let this put you off! He is a great roofer and a licensed contractor. One of the youngest if not the youngest in MI but he is highly skilled and responsible! Thanks guys for a job well done!

They went above an beyond. They did some additional services that weren't even including in the contract. They were better than any other company (regarding workmans comp, insurance, etc.).
