Amazing they did great work and cleaned so well you could tell the were ever had except for the new roof.

I called BCM when I found a leak in the roof, after Brian inspected the roof he informed me that the shingles had deteriorated to the point that the roof needed to be replaced as soon as possible. I had several other companies come and give me a quote as well and then I did my homework on the differences between the quotes. From the beginning I had lots of questions. Brian and Jake were patient and answered all my questions and discussed options that I brought to them without making me feel as if I was being talked down to. Because they made me feel that I was getting open, honest answers and the trust that instilled in me, I choose BCM as my contractor. Next came the selection of the shingles. I was having a hard time selecting a shingle color even though I?d use the manufacture?s website and had loaded a picture of my house in and tried several shingle options. I was on business travel during this process and again, Brian and Jake were great?they supplied references of houses in the area for me to look at and allowed me to extend my decision until I could return home and see several samples against my own house. The day of the install went like clockwork. They said they would complete the job in one day and they did! The crew showed up with they said they would. They answered my questions, worked hard (most of the guys put in a 12 and ½ hour day), did a great job on the installation and clean up! Even my neighbors were impressed! Let?s face it, putting a new roof on your house is not something that is exciting, flashy or fun. Mainly it?s expensive and a kind of a pain to deal with. BCM helped make the whole experience less painful and easy. I?d use BCM again and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Thanks for a great job!

They are very professional and you can really trust them. They cleaned up well and did a very nice job. We also used them for smaller jobs before we used them that most companies wouldn’t normally take. We would recommend highly.

Great experience. Brian and Mike did a great job. They explained why I was having a problem and took care of it. The new replacement shingles are a perfect match and the roof looks great. They cleaned up afterwards and took all the old shingles with them-I didn't have to do a thing. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a new roof or repairs on an old one. Thanks guys.

Getting a new roof was vitually painless using BCM from start to finish ( a day and a half) quality products quality workmanship, very clean and prfessional.

In November 2011, right after BCM replaced my roof, water began dripping from my foyer ceiling. Brian was very responsive and came out right away and pronounced it a problem with a cracked pipe. He checked the roof again and said he was 100% certain there were no problems wth his roof work. We'd never had problems with the pipe, but we were willing to take his advice. We had a handyman make a temporary repair at the pipe joint between our first and second floors. This involved cutting drywall on both levels. That cost me $300 for the temporary fix. The handyman definitely felt moisture at the pipe joint but commented, "I can't see any cracks but I'll seal it up, just in case." A great Angie's List Plumber, Cregger, came out and did the final pipe repair. I trust the plumber - Rich and Greg from Cregger are very reliable. They said the pipe used in the original construction was not a great quality (it was 40 years old) and they replaced a significant length of it ($1500), doing further cutting of drywall. At the time, they said they couldn't find any cracks in the pipe itself but joined the new section to the vent stack and suggested we leave the holes in the drywall for a couple of weeks to see if we could determine the real source of the leak. At the time, the plumber questioned me as to whether the roofer had really done a good job around the vent stack. My great insurance company State Farm (John Batts, agent), handled it very professionally. They said my policy did not cover cracked pipe repair, but did cover drywall replacement. Because the foyer and two bedrooms had significant damage, they wrote me a check to cover carpet cleaning in all rooms, as well as wallpaper, paint, and drywall repair and replacement, less my $2000 deductible. About 10 days ago, heavy rain started to fall. I stood underneath the vent stack (where the drywall is still open) and water blew in when the roof shingles were hit with wind from a certain direction. At that moment, I was certain it was a problem with the roof. I called BCM and reported the emergency. Brian and a teammate were out within three hours. He agreed that the leak was at the roof and he did an emergency repair. He said, at the time, that he'd add a free critter guard on the vent stack and bring it out later. I don't think he's ever put it on. Instead of saying, "Hey, we made a mistake, and I'm sorry you're out $2000 in insurance deductible and $1500 for pipe repair," he said, "It's the first time I've ever had a problem like this. If it occurs again, I'll take up part of the roof and replace it." I believe the appropriate thing to do would have been to refund the portion of the roof cost ($3500) of the original $6075 I spent, apologize, and be done with it. If he had, I would not be writing a bad review. In fact, I'd be complimenting someone owning up to a problem. I do appreciate that Brian came out in heavy rain to prevent further damage, but we could have prevented it all if he'd done that in November 2011 when I first reported the leak. My painter, Kevin Eason (another Angie's List find with whom I've worked many times) will be out here to do the drywall and painting next week. While I'm happy to get a new coat of paint in several rooms, I wouldn't have needed it if the roof had been done right and if BCM had accepted responsibility and negotiated with me when a problem occurred after the new roof was put on. On 08/21/2012, Brian offered to reimburse the $3500 and I accepted $1000. I updated the review because I would recommend his services based upon the fact that he took responsibility for a problem.

This was a very pleasant experience. BCM responded to my email in a timely manner and arrived when they said they would They explained the problem to our satisfaction and described what they could do. There was no overselling (what a treat) and they actually did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it for a reasonable price. I would definitely do business with BCM again and would refer them to my friends and family.

No service performed. We scheduled an appointment for a quote and they did not show up, we rescheduled to next day and same thing, they did not show up - we havent heard from them either

They were on time to give us the estimate. Their bid was very competive, and they are just down to earth guys. The work was excellent and they cleaned up everything. best yet ...I got a tee shirt!!

Came out on time as expected. Courteous and professional. They were quickly able to determine problem with roof. It was apparently a quick fix -- caulk needed repair. They caulked the area free of charge. Would use this company again.

This was a totally pleasant experience. Brian arrived early for our initial appointment and gave me a very thorough estimate and explained what was included. Because of the weather, the job had to be delayed one day but the crew arrived early the next day and got right to work. They were efficient, professional and when they left, you would never know that they had been here, except for the new roof. They cleaned up all the debris and left my property totally free of any residue from the job. The crew were all very nice young men....polite and considerate. Jake kept me informed as to the progress and answered my questions immediately. If I ever need a Home Improvement company again, I will definitely call this company. Thanks, guys. GREAT JOB!!!!

They completed the previous job early and called to let me know they were coming early. When they got here they started right away and finished the job quickly and professionally. Overall everything went well.

I am very happy with the work that BCM performed. They came when they said they would and did what they said they would. In addition, I felt their pricing was very competitive. Due to the prior reviews I didn't bother to get any other estimates.

Brian provide us with all necessary options to make an informed decision for our roofing material selection. He was cooperative, punctual and he and his team did excellent work.

In early March I contacted BCM and a few other highly rated roofing companies for a quote on a full tear-off roof replacement for my home. Brian showed up promptly on schedule, and was the only vendor I called to actually get on the roof and inspect before giving me a quote - something which came in handy, as I had a few minor trim boards around my chimney that needed replaced. I selected BCM, not because of they were they cheapest (they weren't, but they weren't that far off either), but a combination of Brian's professionalism, detailed inspection and willingness to work to my schedule. BCM sent a team of roofers to my house a week later, and completed the work in one day as promised, along with a quick, efficient yard cleanup. Brian came back a few days later to inspect the job, and completed a second coat painting of the chimney trim boards himself. The whole experienmce was very professional, the job looks great, and I would not hesitate to recommend BCM to anyone in the area looking for a quality roofing job with a minimum of hassles.

They did a really good job. I was impressed. I didn't have any problems with them whatsoever. I would absolutely use them again.

They started the day scheduled. They put tarps down in my 3rd floor attic to catch all the filth that would fall through during the tear-off. They cleaned up each night before going home. The workers were all very well mannered and professional. I had been dreading having this work done for a couple of years, but they did a great job and it went off without any problems. I couldn't have had a better experience.

BCM was the first roofing company I got an estimate from and knew right away that I should have hired them on the spot to do the job. No problems, no issues, they came out and fixed it when I wasn't even here, they just came by and fixed the roof. He was straight forward when he gave me the estimate. I give them an A on everything.

BCM came out on a Monday, gave me estimated on a spot roof repair, and returned the next day and fixed it. The owner of the company was extremely polite--he called an hour before his appointment to say he'd be ten minutes late! I appreciated his professionalism and the repair looks great. When I replace my roof, he will the first (and probably only) call I make.
