BCM Roofing

They were very prompt and tore the roof off in the morning. They did an excellent job of cleaning up as my wife and I found very little debris around the house. They inspected our plywood, which some of the other companies told us would need a majority replacement, but they found very few pieces and did not charge us for extra sheets. We had a slew of colors and types of shingles to choose from and we were able to get a top notch shingle for an excellent price. The roof looks beautiful and we have had no issues so far!

Do trust these guys. They know what they're doing and they're honest.

terrific job! all the guys were great. very diligent, taking great care in the job and respecting neighbors property. was impressed with the particular guy who actually brought down the pine tree, landing exactly where intended! from start to finish all the guys were friendly, respectful.

Brian made an appointment to give me an estimate for cleaning my gutters. He was there on time, gave me a great price, explained the extra services that were included and gave me an approximate date that he would there to do the work. He met that date, the work was great, gutters cleaned and no mess left behind. Very professional. I'll use BCM again any time I need roof work.

They arrived on time, inspected the roof, performed the repair at the spot we had identified as well as other spots that needed caulking. They also told us our roof had about 5 more years to go, and did not accept any payment for the work - they simply asked that we consider them when it would be time to change the roof. So far (it has been a week) the repairs seem to have worked. We are very happy with the service and will use the company again!

In truth, I had a lower price. However, BCM gave me a better feel........if that makes any sense. If you get a lower price from someone you don't trust is it a better deal? Not really. I'm in construction too. Sometimes you get or lose a job based on the clients perception of you or your company. BCM gave me the level of confidence I needed. My roof was completed without incedent. In fact, these guys were up there fighting the entrails of Hurricane Sandy. A hurricane!

They are excellent & the most detail oriented contractor I've ever worked with.

The crew showed at 8 am Friday morning and began to strip off the old shingles. They worked until dusk, covering the bare roof with tarps before leaving for the night. They returned the next morning and worked through the day, finishing up in the late afternoon. They had to replace about 8 sheets of plywood during the job. The new roof looks terrific. Everything was done expertly, just the way it had been described to us earlier. Their gutter crew is supposed to come by later this week and replace the sections of gutter. We are very, very happy with the quality of the job, the cost of the work, and the professionalism of Brian and his Crew.

The owner was on time for the estimate and very professional. We received a detailed estimate in writing and an estimated time of completion. There was an issue with weather causing a very slight delay, which we were informed about. The work was completed shortly afterwards. Great job, very professional. Gave us an honest opinion. We will use this company again. I highly recommend bcm roofing.

They were very nice and friendly and I got an immediate response. I called for a quote and they came within an hour to give me one. They were very polite and friendly. The price was higher and we found a couple of other companies that were going to do a little more detailed work for the money. I believe the owner of BCM Home Improvement was the one who came out and that was nice and he did a good job and if I needed some other kind of work I definitely would call them.

They were very thorough in explaining everything when giving the estimate. They started the job within two weeks, like they said. Because of the hurricane on the east coast, we experienced some bad weather for a few days so the work was post poned until the weather cleared. BCM was proactive and contacted us right away to let us know that they were going to wait until the rain subsided and the winds died down. They completed the entire job in 1 day! I'm very happy with the service they provided and with the quality of their work. BCM has a very professional staff and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company.

Hardly even knew they had done the job, in a good way. Place was clean. They had used drop cloths to catch any nails. Color match was ok, but the shingles are 25 years old so it met my expectations. They were one of the few places that understood what I needed and didn't try to up-sell. One issue is that I asked to have the gutter pulled down in one section and the fascia to be replaced and painted. They did replace the board, but didn't paint it. Not a huge issue since in a couple of years, it will all come down anyway.

I needed my rear gutter cleaned out and my provided gutter guards installed. In addition two fascia boards adjacent to my chimney needed to be removed and replaced with my provided primed and painted boards. I researched BCM on Angies list. I called for an estimate on Friday. The next appointment for an estimate was the next Wednesday. Brian arrived at the correct time. He examined the job and quoted the job at $300. I accepted and the work was scheduled for the next Friday. Three workmen arrived and completed the job in less than two hours, The workmanship and cleanup went well. I would hire them again.

BCM came to help me out with a roof leak near my chimney. I purchased a foreclosure and the bank had re-roofed a section of the house but had not applied counter flashing to the chimeny. I had a number of other renovations going on at the moment and could not afford to do a full roof. Brian came and gave my roof a once-over to give me some confidence that it will last the winter. He also applied the missing counter flashing. HIs repair stopped the water infiltration and allowed me to continue with my other work knowing I wasn't going to have water infiltration ruin it all. I will definetly be contacting BCM when it comes time to replace the roof. He gave me a very reasonable quote. My money just got tied up with other problems I unearthed in my house and i couldn't commit to it now. I don't remember the name of the person i dealt with but I was very pleased with his correspondance and professionalism. Thanks BCM. BTW, you still have to get paid so give me a call back.

The job went fine. We found a leak from the roof into the finished garage dry wall ceiling and down the wall. We called on a Sunday afternoon and said it was not an emergency, so they didn't need to come that day. They were able to come look at it within 3 days. They were timely and professional and went up on the roof and into the garage attic to check it out. They assessed the problem as repairable and were agreeable to adding additional gutter to reduce water issues. They also offered to clean the gutters as they were littered with nails and such from the original installation of the roof. We had extra shingles to use for the job. They did their best to match our existing gutter color. They said they would do the job the following Sunday or the next weekend. They didn't come on Sunday and when I didn't hear from them by the next Thursday, I called them. They said they would come that afternoon or the next day. They actually came the next day and finished the job in 2 hours. This was a small job and I appreciated that they worked it into their very busy schedule. I will call them again for other work.

Brian's team did a completely professional job including a complete cleanup. We would recommend this company to anyone needing roof work or repair.

The quality of work and professionalism of Brian and his team are excellent. I highly recommend them and if you have any issues at all, they are quick to help and resolve them. If I need any type of roof work done, I'll definitely use them again.

The inital meeting was set for later in an afternoon and BCM called to ask if I could move the meeting as Brian was on-site at a job that evening that went longer than expected and he wanted to finish the job that day. I appreciated the call and communication as another company had failed to show for an appointment. I agreed to meet him first thing next morning and he was prompt and courteous. After weighing my options I decided I wanted to price out having insulation blown into a section of the roof while I was having the roof done. Brian was more than happy to come back out and meet with me a second time to discuss and price out the additional work I wanted done. I decided that I would indeed use BCM for the work. Jake from BCM called and scheduled the job for a Thursday about a week and a half after I had let them know I wanted them to do the work. Unfortunately, the day of the job was a rainy one. We tried to wait out the rain but by the time it cleared up it was going to be to late in the day to start. BCM called me regarding the fact that the rain would prevent them from doing the roof that day and then worked with me on finding another day to do the install. We ended up doing the work on that Saturday. There were several unforseen issues, aren't there always, with the project and BCM's crew took them all in stride and fixed the problems. I was extreemly happy with the work they did and would never hesitate to recommend them to a freind.

Brian's men were here first and then he came later in the day. Everything was done precisely as quoted. When Brian came and quoted the job he offered up helpful suggestions and ideas. Project was done in one day. Very pleased overall.

I called BCM too get a estimate on repairing my roof, Brian and Jake came out and gave us a estimate but the next day my husband wanted to changed something so I called to see if they would come back for a new estimate and they came a day or so later and gave us another estimate, so we decided to have them do the work. They started the work on time, we had the more expensive shingles put on, they put new soffit boards around the house if they needed replaced. They fixed the over hang in front that a contractor had said was sagging and they put vents in the over hang,put more vents on roof and took down chimney and put new vent. They did all this in one day they had told us at first it word take two days, Its a good thing it only took a day because the next day we had severe rain which was a good test for the new roof, it passed. A few days later they had someone put on very good gutters with guards. They were very professional and cleaned up everything that had fell on ground. The roof and gutters look wonderful and I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to my friends.

They did excellent and beautiful work. They were courteous and professional. They went above and beyond with their work. They replaced my roof in about 4 to 5 hours. They had a fair price. I intend to use them again next year.

We were buying a home that we knew needed a roof. There were leaks, some mold and terrible patch jobs. Before we took possession of the home, we had BCM and others come out to give us estimates. Due to the limited access to the home they could only do a partial inspection. Brian and jake were extremely prompt with email and phone responses. They gave us a list of homes they did so that we could look at their work and the color of the shingles. When we finally took possession of the home, they came back out to discuss the plan, pick shingle color and set a date. They were extremely professional and pleasant! They were right on time with starting the project, and we're exact on the estimated time to finish it. Cleanup was very good, however we did find a few nails and staples on the drive, which I was glad we found before the cars did. One additional bonus was when they were done, Brian called to let me know they were finished. He asked if anyone had sprayed any foam recently on the home, and I said yes, for bees, the night before. He said the bees were now inside the home, that his crew saw them on the window inside. Had he not alerted me to this, we would have walked in to a real problem! I was able to get someone out to handle that problem right away. Overall, they were great. The project ended up being bigger than anticipated, but they made it seamless for us.
