Brian was very responsive and called me when he promised. The crew was professional, friendly, and cleaned up. I was very pleased with the service and will call them when it's time to replace the roof (next year).

The service was very good. Their price was very reasonable. The repairmen were professional and on time. The roof no longer leaks, which is always good. They were very professional and friendly. We would definitely use them again.

He looked in our attic and said that we had more than the normal amount of insulation there (R38) and that we didn't need any more. (His firm doesn't do walls.) We were impressed that he told us that we had more than enough and that he didn't try to sell us more. There was no charge for the service call. Would definitely call him again, if needed, and/or recommend him, as being principled, to others.

removed old shingles and most of old plywood (which sagged when I walked on it) installed 55 sheets of MDF blew in 12" additional insulation (old stuff from 1972 might have been 4") opened up soffits for circulation Owens Corning duration is their normal recommended shingle. All shingles of this type seem to rank the same, so i went with them. Remember they have an Angie's list 'coupon' which i didn't see. They mentioned it and subtracted $500. Also, the insulation was quoted at $1500 but we negotiated down to $1000 (2 -story 2750 sq ft). Total $10,300, which was lower than another Angie's list roofer. Prompt, quality work, good cleanup, minimum haggling - I'm happy.

Brian's team was excellent and very professional. The team all worked together so effectively and efficiently. Any questions I had they answered truthfully and professionally. I had gutter guards which only came in polished silver put on the house and some were showing because of the way the downward slope was on the gutter. i asked them if we could paint it the color of the gutter. They came out the next day and painted them for me. Jake, the company scheduler was amazing as well. Always there to answer questions and followup. The pricing for the entire job was excellent as well for all that they did. I had one leak and Brian came out and temporarily fixed it for no charge. I had a second one which resulted from the initial one and he came and temporarily fixed that too at no charge until his team could get out and redo the entire roof. He made sure that we were taken care of at all times. This was the BEST contractor I have ever worked with and I have worked with a lot! I would highly recommend BCM Home Improvement to anyone. They are AWESOME!

Both Brian and Jake have been great to work with on this project. I have gotten several quotes for a new roof over the past two years and BCM has always maintained their competitive price. Others have increased their or advised of price increases but not BCM! I have booked my appointment for July and cannot wait!

I found BCM Roofing on Angie's List and selected them based on positive reviews. It was the best call I have made in a long time. Brian arrived as scheduled and provided me with a full explanation of everything he included in the proposal. Every question answered, not a bit of pressure, no sales pitch. Brian had several suggestions to correct each of the various water and snow problems I was experiencing. The recommendations were solid solutions, no shortcuts. I appreciated his approach and confidence he could remedy the issues. When his crew arrived they were well versed on exactly what needed to be done. All of them! I randomly selected one of the workers and asked about a bathroom vent installation that Brian and I had discussed. I really did not expect him to know about this item and thought he would refer me to Brian or a crew leader. To my surprise, he knew exactly what was needed and explained when and how it would be done. Same experience on two other occasions. Everyone knew exactly what the job entailed. The workmanship was first rate and the management of the scrap was the best I have ever seen. Every shingle and roof board was removed. That is a lot of waste material. The yard was tended to continuously so nothing ever looked out of control. The daily cleanup was outstanding and the roof looks great. I am very happy with my BCM roof and highly recommend this company.

They did a fine job. They told me that my roof was good for about one more year. They replaced the shingles that had blown off from previous wind storms.

I selected BCM because of all the great reviews regarding the quality of their work. My experience turned out to be terrific as well. The owner and crew leader is Brian and he sets the tone as hardworking, conscientious and in business to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. He and his crew will do whatever's required once they've committed to a job. BCM used a counter-flashing method on both of my chimneys: This method is recommended by mason and brick construction associations but seldom used by most bricklayers because it takes more time and because they haven't been trained to do it right. Counter-Flashing gives much greater assurance that there will be no water leaks in the future. I would gladly recommend BCM to anyone who wants quality workmanship and excellent value .

They did a GREAT job. No extras, just a super job.

We had lots of rain during the week, which forced us to be a bit flexible with the timing of the repairs, but Jake at BCM Roofing was very good at keeping us informed and the job was completed in a timely manner. We haven't had any rain since, but I am confident they fixed the problem.

Awesome service. They were great. The response was excellent, good clean, and excellent price. I highly recommend them. My neighbors are using them now.

I was really impressed with these guys. Maybe it was different for me, but there was no hard-sell at all, which was beautiful. The other companies I had come out for quotes were on-site for near 2 hours each just talking about their stuff. These were sales guys, not roofers. BCM's guy came out, introduced himself, then asked if he could go check out the garage. He came back then and had everything all written up. He explained precisely what they would do and the materials they would use. Their price was really good. Sadly, I did not get a chance to use them because a relative asked to do the work at the last minute. I would not hesitate though, to have these guys back out to quote another job. The house roof is looking pretty crummy about now...maybe another few months and I'll be ready to knock that out. I will definitely call BCM out to give me a quote.

He came, went up on the roof, was up there for maybe half an hour, and he was done. Good, quick easy job for him.

I would use BCM again in a heartbeat. Brian the owner was a pleasure to deal with. I had received multiple quotes on my roofing project and BCM was the last to quote. Brian was the most professional of the bunch and went out of his way to make sure all our questions were answered over multiple days. He was extremely competitive with his bid. They delivered the shingles right on time, but we had rain so they could not begin right away. Brian stayed in contact with me through the rain delays. They were punctual, professional, and did a very high quality job. Clean-up was superb, best I have ever experienced. It has been a week and I have yet to find a single nail. I would recommend BCM and the service they gave us to anyone!

This experience was great! The owner, Brian, came when he said he would and accurately estimated what needed to be done. He took time to explain my options for repairing the roof, and had examples of materials used as well as references of other repairs made in my neighborhood. He even came out at 0900 PM to install a tarp to prevent leaking until the roof could be repaired. The crew was on time even though the rainy week should have caused a delay. They were very friendly and took extreme care to see that none of my property was damaged, especially my newly planted flower beds! I could see from the old boards and shingles that were stripped off that Brian had been dead on in his assessment of the damage. The old boards were rotten and there was a distinct smell of mildew as the old roof came off. The crew answered my many questions with coutresy and as much detail as I asked for. They worked from 0100 PM until 0800 PM with no goofing off and with much good humor. There were holes in the boards around the chimney that could only be seen from the roof, and these were fixed (not easily) to keep the varmints out of the attic. A lesser company could have just left it undone with me none the wiser, since I could not see it until the aluminum siding was removed and the holes exposed. I saw that the crew was taking extra time to see that the repair was done as well as possible, taking pains to move this board just so, and that siding just there. The clean up was astounding! They ran the nail magnets repeatedly to get all the loose nails, and then raked the yard to get all the small pieces of debris. My yard looked better after the repair than before any work was done! They even went to the trouble of trimming a tree branch that was overhanging the roof, not to mention repairing a seal around one of my outside water faucets! They did an excellent job - on time - and with no ext costs while giving extra effort!

They did a super job! They answered when I called and listened to my description of the problem. The guy came out quickly to look over the job and give me a detailed proposal. He gave me a date that I could expect him. He called me earlier than that, politely asking if I would mind him coming out earlier as he finished a job more quickly than he expected. He came out, did the job very well, and gave me a fair price. He cleaned up after himself, walked the whole roof, and honestly told me I didn’t need a new roof for eight to ten years. I will definitely call them for a quote when I end up needing the whole roof replaced.

Brian, i the best repair/maintenance person i have ever had the pleasure of working with. he is professional, knowledgeable, patient with me and being a Female, i am really appreciative of these qualities. but it didn't stop there he worked while i was at work. he finished the job, cleaned up as if he was never here and emailed me pictures of my roof that looked splendid. he was a God send for me and my family.

Brian the owner and his crew showed up the day the said they would and got right to work. First of all the job was done on a Saturday at no extra cost. That morning it was pretty cold and very windy and I was surprised they were still willing to do the work. I would have understood if they needed to reschedule, but they went to work on our 2 story colonial. Just a crew of four men and the job was completed from start to finish in 7 hours including a lunch break. The roof looks great and they performed all the services they said they would do. Clean up was immaculate and we couldn't be happier. I would and already have recommended BCM Roofing to anybody. Very professional and really did what ever it took to make sure we were happy with the results The color and quality of the OC duration shingles go perfectly with our existing siding. GREAT JOB BRIAN.

The guy that came out was a really nice guy, I asked him endless questions, and he answered them without making me feel like I was stupid. He was just really straightforward. I explained the problems we had and asked him if there was a permanent solution with the hi-tech stuff nowadays and he said that there was, and so he did that and so we don’t have to go up on our roof every year and worry about it for a couple of years. The thing that was really nice was that he went up and checked our main attic because we never go up there, and he told us that we had dripping mold up there but he told me they don’t do and just wanted to let us know. They were very good. He just seemed so willing to spend time and talk, and not try to do extra work for money. For what he did, the price seemed reasonable. It was an emergency because we had water leaking, so I did not shop around. It is not leaking anymore and it looks good for now. They were good about calling back right away.
