My experience with them was good. Brian, thought he could fix my roof leak free and he tried that but it ended up not working so we had him come out but the fact that he would attempt a free solution for me for no reason whatsoever, I thought that was nice. When he did come back out to do the repair, it was great. The color matches perfectly. They were done very quickly and we've never had another leak. His price was better than anyone else that I called for the same problem. Also, I had contacted other companies who have tried to have me get more done than we needed to. I think he did the very minimum that he had to do to fix the problem so I felt good about that.

They came to do the estimate when they said the would. Provided estimate in less than 24 hours and set up a schedule. Worked to the schedule - said what they'd do, did what the said.

Removed our 2 layers of old roof and installed all new flashing, shingles, etc. They were wonderful to deal with. Very prompt, detailed and thorough. Did more than we even expected them to in terms of replacement and protection for the future. They replaced the siding on our wood chimney, cleaned the gutter, added a downspout extension, installed ice shield, critter guards over exhaust pipes and bird proof vents, etc. BCM offered high quality shingle choices with an excellent warranty. Met with several other roofers and this company (a family owned business) was by far the best in price and professionalism. Took 2 days to do the entire job and they cleaned up everything, save for one 2 ft. piece of shingle and 2 nails that had fallen behind some large bushes.

It went very well. Despite high demand for services (due to the weather), BCM came out quickly, was very professional and pleasant, worked diligently and into the evening to complete the job, and charged what we considered a fair price for the difficulty (and danger--working on a high roof) of the work.

My kitchen ceiling was leaking and I called BCM to come check my roof. They arrived within an hour and cleared the ice dams and snow that had caused the leak. They were very quick, thorough and courteous.

They did what they said they would. They installed the roof and everything went fine. They ruined part of the gutters and it started leaking. They tried to fix it but, it still leaks. They did a good job on the roof, but the gutter issue I am not happy with. They still need to fix the gutter. They did a complete tear down. I would use them again.

Nothing! Never returned my phone call for service.

These guys are great! They gave me a great price, quality materials, and quality work. They shoveled the snow off my roof one day and replaced the roof the next. The Owner is down to earth, didn't try to "Sell" me, courteous, has a personality, and is real. I will most definitely use BCM's services again.

They did what they were asked to do though they were about 3hrs late. One big plus they didn't try sell me some services i didn't need.

They were very good to work with. I was very happy with the service. They came on time and scheduling was very easy. They also charged what they estimated to me and the price seemed reasonable with others. They were reliable and I would highly recommend.

Asked provider to give a quote on a new roof as I was having trouble getting it past a homeowners insurance inspection for a rental property. Provider gave the quote, which was a good price, but recommended only spot fixes as the roof was still in good shape overall. Went with the recommendation. Repairs were performed quickly, and the roof passed a follow up inspection.

They did a great job. Brian and I adjusted the schedule a couple of times but he was always good at communicating with me based on the weather and other jobs to let me know when his crew would start. The crew ran out of daylight while doing the house so they had to come back the following Monday to wrap everything up but it was all water tight before they called it quits on the initial day of the job. There were a couple items the crew missed initially but they immediately fixed them when I pointed them out. If you're having any baffling/ventilation added I suggest making sure that Brian, the owner, stops by to make sure it's being done correctly as he seems to have a good understanding on the theory and practice. I am pleased with their work. I would, and have, recommended them to friends and would use them again.

called bcm because i thought i had a leak in the roof of the house i had just moved in to. my call was very promptly returned after i left a message. brian came out and assessed my roof where i thought the leak was. he determined that there was no problem with my roof, but the gutter was full of leaves which he removed for me. i have had no more problems with leaking since. brian was very courtious and professional. i would definately call bcm in the future.

Our roof was leaking and dripping through the ceiling into the living room. We called BCM and they came out that day to fix it. They were very professional, worked quickly, and went beyond what they charged us for by replacing some rotten boards. I would highly recommend them.

They were punctual and respectful of out time and knowledge. Provided a complete packet of the services they would perform. They informed us that it would take 24-48 hours and it did. They had a team of workers collaborating on the job until completion. I wouldn't hesitate in hiring them again or making a recommendation. There were no hidden cost and I had several different estimates before hiring them. Also they were not afraid to work in the City of Detroit in a middle class neighbor. Some of the suburban roofing companies would not come into the city.

Great company. I have recommended BCM to a number of friends. Brian, the owner of BCM came to my house and quoted the job. He was personally on-site during the entire job. He did more than promised for the price that was promised. One year later, my roof looks great and there have been zero problems.

I called the company to set up an appointment for an estimate. Brian called on the date of the appointment to confirm and asked if it was okay to come out earlier. He got up on the roof for an inspection and gave me a detailed explanation of everything that needed to be done and why. Then he gave me a detailed written estimate. Normally I ask a LOT of questions but his explantion and estimate were so complete that it left me very little to ask. He quoted me a price of $14,400 which I thought was very reasonable. I was going to get more estimates but based uipon his reviews (I read every single one of them), I decided to go with him. He also gave me the addresses of jobs that he had done the past two years with the color of shingle so that I was able to see what the different colors and styles actually looked liked on a house instead of just a picture. I found this extremely helpful. Due to the severe weather we were having, I didn't expect the job to be done until early spring, but Brian called and set a date. Honestly, I didn't believe that it would be done at that time. Boy, was I wrong! A dumpster was delivered at 7:15 am, a crew of eight arrived and work began at 8:30 am. Everyday, for five days, from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm THOSE GUYS WORKED!! January 20 - January 24 were some of the worst days we have had, with snow, wind, wind chill below zero, but they worked nonstop, taking only a short lunch break. I have a two-story tudor with several peaks so it was not an easy job. The complete tear-off filled more than two dumpsters. My next-door neighbor was unwilling to move his two cars from his driveway so it made working on one side of the house even more difficult. The crew put tarps on his vehicles to protect them. They cleaned up every night which allowed us to use our driveway overnight. Most of those days were very windy and I have yet to find a single nail or piece of shingle that was left behind. Brian said they would come back later when the snow cleared to check for any nails that had been missed. I cannot say enough about the work ethics, the professionalism, the friendliness, and the craftsmanship of this crew of men. My neighbors were impressed and several stopped by to tell me so.tha

I really did not know the exact area of the roof which was missing. They climbed up on the roof & quickly identified the area & got matching ridge cap within an hours time and replaced it. Whole job was done very professionally. I recommend their service

Looks good and no more leaking problems.

The owner came by first the time he said. He did a few things then left. He told me his crew would be doing it, but were held up on another job? I had to leave to go back to work, but my parents stop by to see if they ever got here they did and finish the garage by 6pm.

My only complaint was that my plants got damaged in the process and we are still finding roofing nails in our yard. The rest of the service was great!

Work was completed as needed and We are very satisfied.
