Owner came to give an estimate quickly after contacting the company. Provided quote and information straightforward. Seemed very knowledgeable and offered suggestions. Company worked with me on adjusting the date of install. Price was reasonable, quality of the job was superior. Took care of all the nooks and bends well. 1 day teardown and replacement. They hauled away all debris from the job with hardly a footprint. Process was streamlined and went smoothly from start to finish. I would recommend them rather than some of these "drive through your neighborhood looking for work" disaster type companies. Ultimate cost was the same as the quote.

Excellent experience with BCM Roofing. The new roof looks great. Everything from Brian's initial quote through completion of the project was done promptly, courteously and professionally. Jake's follow up on details was great. I highly recommend BCM Roofing to anyone looking for superior workmanship at a fair price and outstanding customer service!

The entire process went very smoothly and very quickly. Salesman was friendly, knowledgable, and patient with explaining everything. He provided an estimate "a la carte" from which I could pick and choose services with individual prices. The guy at the front office was great for scheduling the work. The workmen were quick and provided quality work and were very polite.

Where do I start, I would definitely use these guys in the future, they are very honest. In the past few weeks, I have had a very reputable company (Home Depot) come out and try to sell me a new $20K roof and another company tried to tell me my Soffets are all bad and need replacing at a cost of $6K. BCM Sales Rep. came out today and rather than try and sell me expensive services, the immediately told me that my problem is that my recess lights are causing too much heat which create a problem in the winter and all I need are boots for them (which they do not do). I am so impressed with this company, I will not let anyone replace my roof when I need to (in 5 or so years) then them. It is very refreshing to know there are honest contractors out there.

Very professional, nice quote package presentation, unfortunately 1200 more than another comparable company quote so maybe next time. Job took 6 guys 5 hours (30 man hours).

Great experience. Only had the front of the home done for cost reasons and will be having them finish the rest this summer and my garage next. We have referred several friends and trust them completely. Pure quality and professional service. As a follow up after this - I had an ice dam over the winter on the section we had not done yet. Water was coming in and it was a mess. These guys came on a Friday night after finishing another job across town and cleared and shoveled the whole roof when no one would even look at it till the next day. I am a customer till they close the doors.

They put down calcium oxide to get the ice off. The service was good. It didn't take very long.

Brian Musgrove performed the estimate and immediately went up on the roof and evaluated the conditions. I had another company give me an estimate and the guy never went up on the roof - just told me I needed a new roof. Brian said he could repair the area that was damaged and that he thought a low hanging tree was causing the problem. The repairs were completed within a week and Brian also cleaned the gutter of debris and cut the low hanging limbs. I was not home at the time so he sent me pictures of before and after on my phone. Above and beyond which is why we will go back to BCM when we replace the roof in a couple of years. Brian is a real asset for BCM and should probably start his own business.

From start to finish overall good experience. Crew finished in two days and did a great job, especially with the clean-up.

The whole crew is very professional. They did a 5500 sq/ft roof in three days. The clean up was outstanding every day. The final bill reflected the estimate. FABULOUS! I thank Brian and all his crew for an outstanding job.

Very prompt and professional. Will use them in the future if I need any roofing needs.

Still collecting quotes, but will not be using BCM roofing for this job due to the high cost.

Good experience. Came out quickly to examine problem, had no problem identifying issue and explaining solutions, which differed from a few other companies that looked at the same thing and made a huge deal out of it. The crew was out within a week of me hiring them and appears to have done a nice job. I would call them again for other work if needed.

We used BCM Roofing a couple years ago to replace our roof. Since they did an excellent job, I reached out to them regarding a detached gutter on the second floor of our home. I received an answer from Jake to my inquiry the same day and he scheduled an estimate the next day. After receiving the estimate, we decided to have the work done. They subcontracted the gutter work for the job. The subcontractors were on time and finished the job in about 25 minutes. They were professional and did an excellent job. BCM is a terrific company to work with and they do a great job. Brian has a great company and we plan on doing business with him for a long time. Very highly recommended!

They worked with me on pricing, got me in right away and completed it within a few days. They were great !!!

BCM was working on a neighbor's house and we asked them to give us a bid on our garage roof. Shingles had been flying off during the last storm. I had seen he was on Angie's List. He gave us two discounts, Angies List and a senior discount.He explained what work would be performed. He was able to schedule us within a few weeks. We received calls before they arrived with materials and to confirm their arrival. They removed old roof, repaired parts , added bird proof vents, and installed the shingles. They placed tarps on the lawn to catch debris. They cleaned not only the roofing stuff but piles of leaves that may have hid the shingles. The job was completed in a morning. We were really pleased with every aspect of the job.

This team was on time did an awesome job recommended them to my brother-in-law!!!!!!

ugust 4, 2014 - Kevin Tittle provided an initial quote to replace to skylights and roofing over our family room addition. I liked Kevin the best based upon the half dozen quotes I received and placed the order with him. September 4, I contacted Kevin to check on the status of the order. Kevin told me he'd contact Velux to check on when the skylights would be delivered and was told Velux stopped production on the solar skylights. Kevin indicated our options were to wait for Velux to begin production of the solar skylights (early 2015 estimate), change the order to have hand crank skylights or permanent skylights. September 24, Kevin indicated there is another company making solar skylights and could get a quote for a slightly smaller skylight. I asked him to get me a quote on the slightly smaller skylights. I followed up with Kevin by email on September 24 (to confirm the above conversation), October 1 and October 8. I received no response to these emails regarding when I would receive a revised quote. On October 15, I emailed Customer Service at BCM Roofing and on October 16, received a response from Jake Jankowski (VP) indicating they would be in touch soon regarding the revised quote. My last email to Jake was October 26, asking when/if I would ever receive a revised quote. It's now November 2, with - NO RESPONSE. I'd love to provide feedback on the work done but I cannot get a response from BCM Roofing.

Estimator arrived 2 hours early, so I missed him. He left a quote for the job and we discussed over the phone. They agreed to send an update via email. No response. 7 days later, I called back to get the estimate again; they promised that they would send an updated quote via email. Nothing. Wasted 3 weeks for them.

BCM has performed flawlessly. This is about the best that can be expected from a contractor. They did everything agreed upon and did it in a timely manner. They took all input from me and answered all questions to make sure a good outcome was achieved. Great workmanship. Very courteous, accommodating, and efficient. Took care to protect property & landscape. They answered the call to give a quote very quickly. The person who arrived for quote was very professional. He explained all the details thoroughly and laid out all the choices clearly and effectively. High quality materials were presented. They promised to honor the Angie?s list discount and stuck to it without finding extras to charge. They scheduled the job in a reasonable amount of time. It took a week to get on the schedule, and the job start was to be 1 month later. At first they did not have much communication with me due to the heavy schedule. There was lots of communication several days before the job was due to start. The scheduled start of the job was delayed 1 or 2 times moving the job out about 1 week. The BCM people who delivered the shingles and other materials could not get up our driveway because it was long and had a tight curve through some trees. Instead of finding excuses or delaying, they parked the truck in the street and carried everything, by hand, up to the house. They started before I got home from work. I felt bad and helped them a little. (laying hands on everything confirmed the high quality materials used for the job) When the crew arrived they fought thru a hazy, misting rain to keep the job going. The roof was stripped in a day and covered with tarps. It was mostly completed on day 2 with only minor work to on day 3. During the job, I discovered they replaced several deck boards and gave me extra support behind some deck boards at no extra cost. At the end of the job, everything was picked up around the house and the dumpster was hauled out the next business day. There was an agreement to replace fascias in front of the house due to ice damage. BCM roofing scheduled to have Allied Gutter of Romulus remove the existing gutters and replace fascia boards and re-install gutters. (I wanted to paint the boards delivered with the roofing materials in order to get a good number of paint coats on the boards before installed) Allied Gutter failed to meet with me 3 times to walk and discuss the job. They had to reschedule 5 times before finally coming to do the job. They questioned why they were replacing fascia boards without testing and proving their belief the boards were good and didn?t need replacement. I believe the only reason why the job eventually got done was because BCM Roofing doggedly pursued them to ensure their end of the deal was kept. The gutters and fascia boards seemed to be installed properly. Enough painted boards were carefully preserved & handled allowing me to repair and replace other trim on the house. I was not happy that the old gutter hangers were used to re-hang the old gutters. And, I found splintered, old fascia boards laying around and not cleaned up.

Got a new roof. Complete tear off, They replaced a few boards underneath the shingles, and upgraded the ventilation. They showed up on time. Entire staff was friendly, and cleaned up everything before they left. Would definitely hire again.

They called to confirm the appointment as requested. They arrived on time. The wrong shingles were delivered. They had it the right once delivered with in two hours. They had a crew of about 10 people. My complete job was started at eight in the morning. And they did not leave until they finished at around seven or 8 PM. The job have taken everyone else at least two days. They were not the cheapest. They were the most professional. And provided the best quotes and they were the most responsive.

Kevin came out to do an inspection for a leak on our roof and found it and fixed it right on the spot along with a few other small repairs. Since it didn't take much time he didn't charge us for the work and was incredibly kind. We will absolutely call BCM again should we have any other roofing needs. Thank you so much Kevin!
