Brian was very honest and professional from day 1 of our interaction. It goes a long way when the actual owner of the company shows up to your house to provide an estimate. Brian was very straight forward, no nonsense, told us what we would and wouldn't need for our home. His crew was professional, efficient and clean. Other than the new roof you could barely tell they were there after the job was done. I highly recommend BCM roofing.

I contacted BCM roofing because my husband and I had suspicions that our roof was leaking. They were able to find me an appointment for a consultation and estimate at my earliest convenience. Brian came out to inspect and give an estimate on Monday. We had also been interested in having our attic inspected and insulated, a service which BCM does not offer. Brian gave us contact information for an attic specialist who ended up being able to come out that same day, which was great. Brian found that we had shingles and flashing which were not installed properly and which had been allowing moisture into our attic. He recommended re-shingling around exhaust pipes and replacing the flashing on one pipe. Work was completed within two days after receiving the estimate and was done quickly and professionally, for the agreed upon price. Would recommend BCM roofing to anyone.

The team showed on time, did not mess around and were professional. I only asked a few questions while there were here as i did not want to slow them down. They were polite and answered my question and then would go back to work. When down they cleaned everything up and the roof looks great. As it stand I plan to use BCM to finish the remainder of the job when the weather is better. Jake was very helpful and answered all my questions leading up to the job.

We got 4 different quotes and BCM by far provided the best value for the money. Very pleasant to deal with. Got the job done when they were supposed to. Did a good job cleaning up. Roof looks great. This was the best experience we've had out of any other contractor.

They did some work for me on my previous home and they were the only company (I got quotes from 4 others in the area) that said that they could do an area repair. Turned out the same repair was need on my new house this year also. The other companies claimed that they could only replace the entire roof on the side that was leaking. BCM told me exactly how they would make the repair and that they could just repair the two panels under and then replace the affected shingles only. This saved me thousands over what the competition wanted to charge me in over repairs. They did a great job and yes the date of service is THANKSGIVING DAY!!!! They came to my house on Thanksgiving Day to make the repairs since I had a home sale that was hinging on the repair. They did not charge me one extra penny for this service to come out on Thanksgiving and then to top things off the next inspection they found a single shingle on another area of the house that had been damaged in a storm and so I called BCM again to get out and fix it. I did not even ask for what the cost would be since I needed it done and they had giving me such great service and pricing in the past I just trusted them. Sure enough they came back and told me that they fixed it in the matter of 4 days from when I called and it was only $50 for everything. This company delivers the level of professionalism and price competitiveness that I expect. And let me tell you I have high expectations that not many can meet. I told my realtor about what this company had done for me and he said that he will be giving them a call now for any clients that he has that need good work done fast and for a good price as well. On a side note this company has a customer service side that is unique and second to none that i have found as well. Jake is the guy who always answers the phone and he knows the business and has always had a "can do" attitude. I really don't like it when people spend any amount of my time telling me what they can't do for me and Jake never did that. He always tried to accommodate my needs and truly over delivered on my expectations each and every interaction.

These guys were great. Very professional. Very friendly. Said what they would do, and did what they said. Quick service. Best repair guys I have dealt with. Recommend them highly.

Quoted a couple of days after I called. Did the work about a week later. Very responsive and prompt. We're planning on making this an annual event.

BCM was very professional from start to finish. We especially admired the way the crew worked as a team. It was a fairly big job but they finished it on time. When the crew left, our property was as clean as when they came. They did a top rated job.

BCM Roofing quickly returned my email regarding an inspection appointment because of a recent water leak/dripping that I could hear from inside the house and around the chimney area. Brian was prompt in meeting the time scheduled and immediately diagnosed the problem. Because of an upcoming job, he was unsure if he could do it within a few days or after the scheduled job,but he made time to do the repair over the weekend. I was impressed with his knowledge of the roof and provided tips on improving the framing of the chimney. He was very personable, friendly and professional.

Brian, the owner, came out to discuss the roof and give me a quote. He was professional, thorough and answered all of my questions. I did not feel pressured or intimidated, which was my experience with another company. The price was very reasonable. Brian had estimated the roof would take 1.5 - 2 days to install. They actually completed it in one day. The site was left clean. The roof looks great, I've had no problems, and it has been over a year since roof was installed. I highly recommend this company.

Brian validated Angie's list for me. He came out to take a look at a leak that was coming from my ceiling that been ongoing. He got up up on the roof and said everything looked good and the roof was not the culprit. He thought I had an HVAC problem and offered to get up in my attic to check. We found the attic (I had no idea I had one) and squeezed through the narrow shaft and found the problem. It was a leaking drip pan from a air purifier in the attic (had no idea I had one). After commenting how great the builders had done with my roof with the flashing and general construction, he climbed down and asked if I needed anything else. I said, Well, how much do I owe you. He replied, "nothing." I told him no, you saved me a huge headache and a lot of money," and pulled out some cash and tried to give it to him. He refused and asked for nothing. So this review is the least I could do. Brian is a great guy and when I do have roof problems, I will definitely use him. I have no doubt that he will go above and beyond what is needed. I put down $50 as the cost even though he refused the cash because services were performed and this review deserved full weight. Thank you Brian and BCM. As to contrast this experience, I previously had another roofer come out, through a plumbing recommendation, that got up on the roof and after two minutes said, "we're going to have to flash the whole roof," should cost about $1300. I didn't trust him, joined Angie's list ,found Brian at BCM Roofing, and was able to fix the problem. I also had the bonus of being right not to trust the first guy. Brian saved me (someone who knows nothing about roofs or many other house things) $1000 plus dollars.

Everything was great. They did the work when they said they would. It was a big project and they worked around my business schedule. They kept the area clean and as usual the service was beyond expectation. I would only use this company for my roofing needs.

They were great every step of the way. They were on time and very professional and made sure everything was done right. They had no problem with me requesting a city inspection. An outstanding company to deal with.

Brian was the only roofer that I had out that wanted tear up the problem areas, to see what was causing them. Most of the roofers I had out, did not want to fix someone else's mistakes, and would not take the job. Others wanted to put on a rolled roof on without figuring how to correct the ventilation problems. Brian was on sight with his crew on time as promised. We worked together as they tore the old roof off, and decided how to solve the problems as we found them. He and his crew worked efficiently,and completed all the work before the rain fell. The work was done for the quoted price. I would highly recommend to any one that needs roof repair, or in need of a new roof.

Vendor missed appointment, but called same day to reschedule for the following day at a time that was convenient for me. The gentleman who came out was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Quotation was on the high side, but I'm convinced the quality of work and materials would be worth it.

Great experience with this company from start to finish. Sales guy was knowledgeable and polite - not pushy at all - and worked up a very reasonable price for me. They were late starting on the job, but that was due to weather-related issues on jobs ahead of me in the queue. BCM communicated well on the nature and cause of the delay, and got started only a week or two past their original target. Installation crew was professional, smart, polite and friendly. They worked very quickly to get the install done in a day - at one point there were seemed to be dozens of them here working to get the job finished. They did a great job - new roof looks excellent! They also repaired a gutter for me that was not in the quote. They cleaned up well afterwards also - I think since the install I've found maybe a couple of nails and the odd piece of stray underlayment. I just received their own 10-year, transferable warranty, together with the manufacturers 50-year warranty. All in order. All in all, it was a great experience with this provider and I would have no hesitation at all to recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof.

I did not hire this provider, as his quote for gutter cleaning was considerably higher than another I received. However, I wanted to commend Jake for a prompt, polite response to my online request for a quote. He sent his foreman to assess the job and sent the quote within 2 days.

The small crew worked very h****** this project until it was almost dark. They definitely knew what they were doing and pointed out issues I had resulting from less than adequate installation in the past. I particularly liked the way they installed the shingles in a long gully between two roofs. Before, they were interwoven but the bending seemed to put too much stress on the shingles and the join did not stand up to time. This time they brought on roof down over the top of the over in the gully leaving a straight edge that booth looks neat and more durable. I am sure I could have got a cheaper quote but as always, you get what you pay for, and I was confident that bcm would do a good job both from talking to them and reading other reviews.

o Excellent experience - my first in replacing a roof as a homeowner. BCM Roofing showed up on time, cut back some tree limbs, and went to work. It was difficult to remove the old roof (it came off in chunks, not strips), but the professional, clean-cut crew went to work immediately. The job lead, Brian, was very focused on the progress, as he was tracking a storm headed my way and wanted this to be a one-day job. As other jobs were complete, more crew members showed up, until I counted 8 people working on my garage. If they took breaks or meals, I didn't see them - they worked like machines. The original estimate for $3,900.00 included replacement of 50 ft of roof board, but once the tear off was complete, it was found they needed to replace 375 ft. This necessitated a trip to Home Depot and an adjustment in cost to $4,800.00. Given that this amount was in range with the other estimates I had obtained, I concurred. While there, they performed two small patches on my house roof as a courtesy. At the end of the day, there were no traces that a crew had been there except for the new roof- very efficient and tidy group of professionals. I delayed writing this review only to rain test the roof a few time - it's perfect. I highly recommend this company, and will use them again.

The initial estimate didn"t include the attached garage so I called Jake and he immediately updated the quote and emailed it back to me. The job was scheduled to be done on June 19th but I guess there were some scheduling changes due to weatther and he had an opening on the 18th so he called that morning to see if he could come over to do the work that day. I agreed, his crew came over, did an EXCELLENT JOB (including the cleanup)! The biggest surprise I got was when I got the bill...the bill was actually LESS than the amount we agreed upon on the contract. I wasn't available when the bill was paid so I didn't have the chance to ask why it was lower, but maybe he gave the discout for accomodating them on such short notice?? Anyway, I just want to say I greatly appreciated it!!

We are pleased with the way the roof looks. They were prompt, courteous, and cleaned up all of the debris. Very reasonably priced.

BCM crew did a great job cleaning all gutters of my 2 story home. That was quickly done, all debris were removed and hauled away. After that we had couple of very rainy days and everything looks fine! Now all downspouts are doing what they are supposed to do!
