Brian showed up on time for consult and determined that problem was caused by gutter puncturing shingle and recommended I have gutters repaired and should fix leak. he gave referrals to use and good advise. I appreciate the professionalism in just wanting to do best thing for customer.

Description of Work: Came out and measured roof and looked the complete roof over. Needed more vents and the roof has a sag in it they said they could fix. Went over the material they use and showed a selection of shingles. Overall a very good company to deal with.

Description of Work: I contacted BCM to provide me an estimate on cleaning my gutters. The estimate provided was prompt and reasonable, and I went ahead and hired BCM. They did an excellent job cleaning my gutters; and also, at no extra charge applied a sealer to a portion of my gutter that was leaking. I was very impressed and happy with the work. The owner was very nice and I will definitely hire the company agin.

Description of Work: I had a water spot on my great room ceiling and had BCM come out to determine the cause. He walked the roof and spent time trying to find where the water was coming from. After searching for a period of time he found a problem with a shingle and a nail pop. He offered to put silicone on the area at no cost to me! It was refreshing to have someone come out and tell me I did not need a new roof at this time and then go the extra step to make a quick repair ! When it is time to put a roof on I will surely call BCM

Description of Work: Brian showed me the critter guard he put on my vent stack as extra insurance to protect against any future leaks. He and I had agreed he would refund $1000 of the cost I spent repairing my home after a leak developed. When he showed up with the check, he'd written it for more and included on the memo line "LEARNING EXPERIENCE." He thanked me for doing business with him and apologized numerous times. This is a young man that will be able to hold his head up high and say he did more than was expected. I'm delighted with the way things turned out and, although I already updated my review, wanted to add that he went above and beyond on the fix.

Description of Work: Contacted BCM to repair a leaking roof. They were very punctual and quoted a reasonable price, as compare to one other company. They fit me in to their schedule and started the job as promised. Would use and recommend this company again.

Description of Work: We noticed a leak in our roof, consulted Angie's List and called BCM. Within one hour of noticing the leak, I had a consultation appointment scheduled for later in the day. Brian appeared exactly on time; assessed the situation from inside and from outside and recommended replacing roof vents. We had a short, but very detail-filled conversation. Brian seems interested in our needs, very knowledgable and capable, and presented multiple options for our review. In addition to the work we scheduled, he suggested an upgrade to our gutters/cover which we elected to proceed with. Less than 3 hours after consulting Angie's List, I have a practical, affordable solution in place to remedy the situation. This was important to me as, much like so many people today -- my time is at a premium and I didn't have time to wait around for estimates and multiple visits, much less any missed appointments. We scheduled the work for the following Saturday, weather prevented us from proceeding, but sure enough at the next available time Brian's crew showed up and began the work on time. They completed that day, as scheduled, clean up and left no mess. We were very happy and I would definitely use again.

Description of Work: Had a roof leak...called BCM and the owner came out on a Sunday...he quickly analyzed the problem as related to the skylight and fixed it right there at NO COST! Brian is a roofing expert and very professional....if you have a roof problem don't do anything without talking to this company.

Description of Work: I spoke to Brian and he sent a swift response to my complaint. He also indicated he would be willing to help me in the future if anything goes wrong with my current contractor, For that reason I am changing my report grade.

Description of Work: We are from out of state trying to sell my mothers home a Detroit suburb. I had no clue where to start and got estimates from several other companies and this company ,( not the highest, not the lowest cost) provided me with a detailed description of all services included in the job and a warranty which many other companies did not. That made a huge impression on me. He committed to a date an stuck to it and the finish time, which was critcal to our situation as my husband had to drive 4 hours from Cincinnati to pay them. We were not even in town to oversee job, it was completed in the 2 days and it looks great. Brian is a very professional young business man and always answers his phone or gets right back to you when you call. I would recommend him to anyone. First time using Angies list in this city and we were extremely pleased. Would like to use him on my home if he would like to drive a few hours south. Removed several layers of roof, replaced rotted wood, replace gutters and downspouts

Description of Work: Brian and his crew are great guys. We hired them to put a new roof on our dilapidated shed/workshop and they did a great job. Punctual, professional and very hard workers. His guys worked on the roof all day and only left as it got dark out. The roof looks great! I would recommend this company to anyone.
