Allied Climate Control

Allied set up a date / time to come up to give me a quote / estimate for AC installation. They never showed up or called. I called the company about an hour after appointment & company contact said they were not feeling good and could not make it out today. This wasted my afternoon. The disappointment is that they said they called but I had my phone on me the whole time waiting for them & caller ID had nothing neither did voicemail-- very inconsiderate & bad way to try to cover for a screw up.

He showed up on time, handled the situation in a very professional manner, and quickly made the repair. I had also recommended him to a friend that had no heat in the middle of the winter. They had been told that they had to purchase a new furnace (at considerable expense). Bill saw that it was still under warranty and told the manufacturer what the problem was. The owner had to wait for the manufacturer to send the part but Bill installed it promptly. My friends were VERY grateful that the repair bill was reasonable, even with 2 trips and filing for the warranty claim for them.

I have been using this company for the last four years after trying almost every company in the oakland county area they are very honest I have also referred other people to them and they also were very satisfied. I highly recommend!!!
