There crew took all the necessary precautions to ensure the roof debris did not damage my home. The crew manager kept me informed of any issues. Good company, could work on communication skills, but they did good work..

They were way overpriced for the job.

We had 180 contractors come out for a estimate and was blown away by how professional Ken was. Our old roof was only 9 years old and needed to be replaced plus the beam that was cracked that supported the roof. It was a bad situation because the people who did our roof before did a horrible job. We were left to deal with it. Ken explained the whole process and was honest with us from the start. 180 contractors made the situation 100 times better and we felt at ease. The crew came out and did the roof so quick! Coty was our project manager and he did such a wonderful job communicating with us! He answered all my questions and always got back to me! My husband and I were so impressed with the crew because they did such a wonderful job with the roof plus the cleanup they did after! What’s really cool is they take pictures while doing the roof. Nancy was so helpful with helping us with the loan we had to do. I would highly recommend 180 contractors!! Next time we have to do our siding we are calling them! Thank you so much!

This company is fantastic. The Sales Rep arrived in a timely manner. He took the time to discuss some options that were available for the repair I needed and I felt comfortable with the proposed work. The project manager also stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. Should I need any repairs or improvements in the future 180 Contractors will be my first choice.

180 Contracting did a great professional job with my roof and window opening repair. Great follow-up and done in short time. Already recommended them to a work associate.

Outstanding service!! Ken responded to out need to find and fix a roof leak. He spent several hours with us. He inspected the leak area as well as the entire roof inside and out. He showed us lots of pictures of all the failure of the shingles and other leak areas as evidenced by mold on the inside roof plywood. He gave us several price points and offered no interest financing. Work began a few weeks later. We had two crews the first day . The Job was overseen by Kenny who kept us in the loop on progress and schedule. The job was completed the second very long day(11 hours. All of the workers were very polite and friendly and on the go all the time except for meal break. Cleanup was near perfect and all extra material was removed the next day. I have received many complements on the job. We are completely satisfied and have no problem recommending this company.

My experience with the representatives from this company was top notch #1. I called, representatives came right out to the house and provided an estimate, then they repaired my roof the next day as promised. They are experienced and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs immediate assistance.

Their professional approach was evident in the high touch communication level leading up to and throughout the process. The quality workmanship, rubber shingles and 5 Star Presidential plan has given us a 50 year roof! They took ownership of every detail and now as they say, “They own our roof”. I highly recommend this company.

180 came for an estimate, spent at least 30 mins. explaining the situation, gave me good advice, did NOT recommend any further need for work, and charged nothing for the service. Very pleasant experience.
