After calling different roofing companies for three straight weeks, this was the ONLY company to actually call me back. They did what they said they would, when they said the would do it, and for the price they quoted. Very impressed, particularly with the customer service. It is difficult to objectively review the quality of the work, as I do not have direct access to the roof myself, but from what I am able to see it looks good. The only things that comes anywhere close to an issue of note is that several days after they finished, I noticed a HUGE wasp nest on the 2nd level, which the worker would have had to go around numerous times to complete the repair work - but no mention of the nest was made to me, and now I have to hire someone else to take care of it. But, given that they were there for roof work, not insect control, I can't fault them TOO much for that. Oh, also, the worker smoked on the driveway on breaks, which is huge turn-off for us.

Tren and his crew went above and beyond and we could not be any happier! You can trust Roofing Solutions to do the best job for the best price! Tren is an honest guy who will not try to upsell you on what you don't need. Our home was a foreclosure and we needed a lot of work done. We had all the sheathing on our 2nd story replaced, the entire roof, multiple fasica boards, soffits rebuilt, and gutters on the entire house all done with Roofing Solutions. Tren was quick to come out and inspect our roof and fascia that needed to be replaced. He answered all of our questions and would always get back to us quickly which made the process fast and easy. The job was done quickly and efficiently. Our neighbors even called Tren to let him know how great of a job they had done and one of our neighbors also just had their roof replaced by them. Overall, every step went smoothly and I was very impressed with all the work they did for us and at a very reasonable price. They cleaned up very well and the crew was always very courteous and respectful. We are truly grateful towards Tren and his crew for the wonderful job they did and making the exterior of our home beautiful again.

The Owner, Tren came to see me personally and He inspected my roof and took pictures of the roof because I could not go up because I am Disable. He showed me them and explained to me of what He thought was the problem which was replacing the 2 roof pipes which while He was on the roof He wiggled them and said it was worn and a roof vent had to be taken out and rebuilt. He also replaced some crooked roof nails and caulked some heads also repaired some of my roofing tiles,so far it raned twice and there has been no more roof leaks in my ceiling. Tren had one of His employees out the very next day to fix the problem. Tren is a honest person and had pictures to show each and every thing that had to be done. They did a excellent job and I would HIRE Him again.

Everything owner Tren and his team did was exceptional. He was so easy to work with- kind, polite, and honest- not a pushy sales guy at all. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right, even coming by the house to check something we hadn't even thought about a few days after they were finished and paid. He came at the end of each work day to check his team's work and to let us know when they would be back. They were there when he said they would be, the job was done quickly and done right. The new roof, the overhang that needed repair, and the ridge and soffit vents (the number of which was calculated for proper ventilation) all look great! The guys even spray painted our rusty old furnace pipe for us (gave them a can of paint to match the roof) while they were up there! Obviously, I can't say enough about Tren and his company! 5 stars +

Tren from Roofing Solutions went out of his way to find my very unique (i.e. old), siding. He gave me a great deal only replacing pieces I needed and did a little extra to keep the rest from more wear than necessary. I would definitely recommend him and will use him again when needed.

Tren did some repair work for me and I will gladly call him in the future for any further needs.
