Great 1st impression!!! First time customer, called the office looking for general maintenance and information as we had just purchased a new home with a well... Talked to a live person not a recording and Glen called me back to set up an appointment with in 15 minutes - WOW... We synced our schedules for the next afternoon and Glenn was on time and very helpful... Reviewed my setup explained what I had and helped me understand the configuration of my well, iron remover, water softener and bypass... Very thankful I call Maglothin Well Drilling & Water Treatment... Will use them again and have already called a few friends and my realtor to let them know this is a 1st class team.

We had the best experience today (31-Dec-21) with Glen & Doug of Maglothin Well & Water Treatment. They (removed the old) and installed a new well water pump. We HIGHLY recommend this company, without reservation. Glen offered premier professional services and personnel. They were efficient and prompt in communicating, super courteous and really fun to work with. We were thrilled when he offered the work immediately, beyond our expectation - didn’t expect this to happen so quickly. Often, one is hesitant to choose companies via online sites. This was a leap of faith and we were NOT disappointed, which is why it’s important for us to convey our satisfaction. Excellent value for the money spent. We researched and found Maglothin to be the best company in the marketplace. Glen demonstrated exceptional honesty and proved to be straightforward in setting our expectations up front, before any work was done. They cleaned and cleared the site of any debris. Glen was everything I could hope for in a project like this. Our water heater had failed. Glen quickly bought a new one, picked it up, brought it to our home, installed it, disposed of the old one, and left the worksite spotless. Start to finish the whole job was done in 4 - 5 hours. The new water heater is superior to the old one in every way. Glen's quiet confidence and professionalism made our experience totally Five Stars!

I have owned my home for over 20 years and have had issues with my well for the last 7 years. I had hired other well experts over the years for repairs but it became time to install a new well. I found Maglothin on a Google search, saw his ratings and decided to hire Glen after he came out and designed my new system. I am now running water with great pressure and was extremely pleased with Glen's professionalism and work ethic. He did more than expected and actually made sure that I was happy with the finished result. His company will be around for a long time due to his expertise, customer satisfaction level and attention to detail. This is an important factor when hiring a well drilling or water treatment company. I recommend him highly.

After a generator install, our well pump stopped working. The company that did the install did a thorough check of all of their work and found nothing wrong and recommended we contact a well expert. We founhd Maglothin on Home Advisor and because of thier stellar reviews gave them an emergency call. Glen said he would be out to our house by 4:30 and he arrived right on time. Note that this was on a Saturday afternoon and he to come from Waterford MI to Brighton MI. Glen checked the well controls and found nothing wrong. Started the pump and it has worked since. Since he had to make no repairs, I can't really comment on work quality but I could tell from just this short episode that he was very knowledgble and trust worthy. He did not try to sell me anything or convince me that something needed repair. Glen did not charged nothing for this vist!. I am sure that this took at least two hours of a Saturday where he could have been doing something more contructive or enjoyable with his family. I can tell from this contact alone that we now have a well and water contractor we can trust and depend on for future issues. Would definelty hire!

I had low well pressure with sporadic loss of water and reached out to three well companies at 9:30 P.M. on a Sunday night. WithIn five minutes Glen from Maglothin Well and Water called me. He came out the next day, assessed the situation, and quoted me a good price to replace my well pump and holding tank. While removing the old parts he showed me what was causing my issues which I appreciated. Not only was he pleasant to work with, but also very honest, competent,, and courteous. I highly recommend him. Oh, by the way, the other two companies never got back to me.

We called in the evening on Mother s Day and the phone rang maybe 2 times and the owner answered! That was so impressive! Our water stopped flowing and we didn t know why. He asked some questions and came over the very next morning. He diagnosed the problem with the pump and fixed it all within a couple hours. When we did research on the price, we discovered he was asking a fair price and we appreciated that. Turns out our neighbors have trusted him to do work for them also! We got so lucky finding them!!

I received quotes from multiple companies. I decided to go with Maglothin and Company. He showed up early, was professional, and answered any questions. He also followed up after the installation. He installed a water tank, water softener, air injected iron filter, and reverse osmosis system.
