This company was professional and did a great job!

Calvin came out to give me a price. One of the workers came to do the work and did a poor/sloppy job not only on the tile grout but on the caulking around the tub - the caulk job was beyond horrible at a cost of $99 to boot. I called Calvin who had Nick (these two are co-owners) call me. Nick came out the next day to take a look at the work done and it took him approximately two hours to redo what had been done wrong the day before. He admitted that my shower ceiling was really bad and had to redo numerous other spots. Once he redid the work, it looked great. Just not happy that I had to deal with all of that to begin with. I will say that Calvin and Nick did work to right the wrongs and I was impressed with that.

We were not happy with the color of the caulk, so they came out and replaced with another color, at no extra charge. Came on time, courteous, and helpful.

Homeadvisor was way off on the estimate for grout replacement. Charges of $89 per hour times 2 workers at 4 hours was more than anticipated based on Homeadvisor's original estimates for this type of work. In the future, I think I would prefer to go through the service provider directly. The workmanship was very good.

Came out and gave a quote with multiple options for the work. They showed up on the day agreed to and completed the work without delay. Workers were courteous and clean. They regrouted two bathroom floors and spa tub decks. Workmanship was good, but there was a haze that remained on some of the tiles that was extremely difficult to remove later. The workers advised that this could happen but it was much worse than stated.

Calvin came out and gave an estimate. Nick came out and did the work. Both were very polite and efficient. Nick did an amazing job grouting my bathroom floor and new shower tile.

Courteous, prompt, offered lower cost options. Would highly recommend!

We used Diamond Grout, LLC, to deep clean and seal our bathroom shower, tub surround, and floor. Our project was completed on June 14, 2017. Within 3-4 months the shower walls and floor were just as bad as before the project was completed. Calvin Walker came back and redid the shower again on November 21, 2017, at no charge. Less than two years later it looks as bad or worse than it did before the work was done. In our opinion, do not waste your money because the product does not last and is not durable.

They were very prompt, from returning phone calls and inquires to the work it self!!! We were very pleased. They explained how they were going to do the repair, it was done as promised in a very timely fashion! We had to have them back for a minor touch up and they responded the same day and made the repair! Everyone I spoke with was highly professional and polite!!! I would HIGHLY recommend then to anyone who might need there SERVICES!!!!
