Description of Work: Had a utility tub to be installed. Said he would call on Saturday and quote on Sunday, if I agreed with quote he would install on Sunday. No calls and no show. Don't waste your time.

 + -1 moreJerry arrived this morning as scheduled and installed a new garbage disposal, a new kitchen faucet, and a new shower head and valve trim in our master bath. His work was of very high quality, and he took time to explain how to use all the products. He also checked out our sump pump (we never had one in our previous homes) and explained how to maintain it. Next week, he will return to install new faucets in our 3 bathrooms and a new shower head and trim in our guest bathtub/shower. Jerry is very pleasant to work with, and we're very highly satisfied with his work.
Description of Work: Being new to the area, I got Jerry's name from some neighbors. I called him about a water leak under our kitchen sink. He came right over and quickly diagnosed our immediate problem as a leak in our garbage disposal, along with an intermittent leak in our kitchen faucet's spray hose. After we agreed on what replacement products to install, Jerry gave us advice on what products to buy and where to buy them for some bathroom remodeling projects we had in mind, and we scheduled the work to be done this morning.
