Dave at LDS was amazing and performed above and beyond any possible expectations. In trying to comply with city requirements, Dave was attentive and responsive. He jumped through the city's hoops on our behalf even at late hours of the evening. When the city's requests were unclear, he personally contacted the representative and ensured they had what they were looking for. And after all of Dave's great work, his prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend LDS.

They did a survey for our property after our neighbor started calling the police on us saying that we were trespassing and telling us to remove stuff in our own backyard. Thanks to LDS, we were able to settle the debate. I strongly suggest getting a print with your survey. I know I'm glad we did. it goes a long way to have the evidence you need to defend yourself (In our case). The value this service offers does not deteriorate, and you can have the peace of mind of knowing you can plan for your property with every bit of knowledge possible. Be patient with the lead time to get it done, there are a lot of new home owners like us all asking for this service at once. It's worth it, I promise.

David was great, price was excellent, and crew were friendly. Just wish there would have been a better way to determine the week they would be out. Understand work changes due to weather, scope, etc. but just think that a couple days notice for an ballpark week of "x" we'll be out type thing would be better than when on way or an hour before. I like to be present so that is the only reason this is not a 5 star review.

Extremely professional; very easy to work with. I'd certainly recommend them to anyone requiring a boundary survey! I did email to verify the approximate time of the work being completed.
