Hired David for a home stake survey for our property boundaries. He first came an earlier day then he originally said. When he had to come back to finish the job it was right within the time range he promised us (which was the original time!). He took the time to be sure that all the stakes were properly measured and marked. We couldn't be happier!

The project was completed very quickly. checked mailed on a Friday project completed Tues very pleased with service. David was scheduled for vacation but made a special effort to meet all my needs and request before leaving. I will use them again for future projects.

Decided to go with these guys after receiving several quotes. Mailed them signed contract with personal check on 5/5/2016. They cashed my check on 5/11/2016, and my residential survey was completed on 5/17/2016. They found and marked the four corners of my yard. Apparently my property extends significantly into my "neighbor's" flower garden. I am the proud new owner of several trees and shrubs as well. Definitely worth the money!

David was very pleasant to do business with. Kept in touch via email &/or phone. I needed property corners staked prior to a privacy fence install. He called me when job was completed as I was at work. David was open to answer any questions throughout the process of his initial computer work, forwarding the proposal to me and even after the staking was performed. For never meeting the guy, I'm happy with the services David provided.
