Description of Work: Removed crumbling flue tiles in fireplace flue and replaced with stainless steel lining system. Installed cast iron smoke chamber access door. Removed brick obstruction inside furnace flue and installed stainless steel chimney liner. Crown finish on both flues. Beautiful job!

Description of Work: Chimney inspection/sweep. Very professional technician, explained everything as he did it. Even though chimney did not pass inspection, this was a second opinion. The first inspector actually missed a caulk tube in the smoke chamber during the inspection. Jeremy not only discovered the tube but climbed in the fireplace to remove it. Very pleased, will probably have them fix the upper fireplace for use in the future.

Description of Work: Called two times to schedule an estimate for chimney repair. The first time was two weeks prior to 9/11/14. Person who answered phone said they were working on schedule and someone would call me back. No call back. Called again on 9/11/14 and told company employee that I wanted to schedule and estimate. She put me on hold and then phone disconnected. I guess they aren't interested in doing work in West Bloomfield MI. :(
