Everything went excellent they came even a little earlier than expected, prepped the floor there was a underlayment put down before the finished product was glued down. The staff at the store and the workman were very pleasant and professional, and worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner. I would recommend this company for anyone's flooring needs. I will be calling them back out for carpeting in the near future. Job well done.

It went very well and smoothly. No complaints or problems at all. The whole staff is very caring and patient.

We went to the store and talked to the sales person (Holly and another sales person) a couple of times before we selected the vinyl. We couldn't get tile because it was too hard for my mom and our dog who has had two knee surgeries. The sales people didn't try to push us to get tile, which I thought they might. We took samples home two and selected one pattern. But we had a decorator look at it with the rest of the kitchen (we re-did the whole thing-it hadn't been touched in 52 years. We had a decorator (we already had one when we went to Villa-but Holly was a decorator also) look at our selection and she recommended one of the other options that we had taken home. We gave Holly the pattern number and set a date for the install. We had to delay the date due to other issues with other things in the kitchen and we had no problem rescheduling. It was about 3 weeks later that they had an opening. The crew arrived on time and they were polite and friendly and even patient with our 2 dogs that kept barking. They were fast and efficient. There was a spot in our kitchen that had an odd shape and where part of the other old vinyl was chipped and worn and not even. At first the crew chief said he hadn't seen anything like that before and wasn't sure what to do with it. But he said he would think of something. I was a little worried!! BUT he DID figure it out and it looks 100 times better that I ever imagined. I can't comment on price because I really didn't shop around. A friend of a friend had used them before and said they were the best. Then when we went to the store the staff was very friendly and patient and they had a good selection of vinyl. So I just went with Villa. I think it was a good decision. It has only been down a week, so there is always a chance of some sort of latent defect. But the service was great and the room looks like something out of a magazine!!!!

Professional and knowledgeable salesman and installers.

The sale person was extremely helpful. They let you look around for hours if you wanted to, if you couldn't make up your mind. There was no pushing or rushing. There was no forcing you into purchasing anything and I liked that. The carpet is absolutely beautiful. It is everything they said it would be and it's just a really great thing to have. The installation went well and it's not lumping or curling. I did have one problem with the installation which is part of the reason I'm hesitant to tell about this. What happened was the two gentle men that were coming in who were very nice, friendly. and very easy to get along with brought in a huge carpeting roll they dropped it from their shoulders instead of lowering it down it shook the whole house. It shook so badly that my mantle fell off on to the hearth and it chipped the hearth and destroyed the mantel. It was one of those mantels that just screws into the brick but it didn't have legs. They were very apologetic. When I called the company to tell them if I couldn't repair the hearth that I would have to get some kind of a brick person in. The woman that took the call said she was sorry and that she would tell the owner, but that was the last I heard of it. I didn't pursue it cause I was sick of that mantle anyway. I bought a new mantle and fixed the hearth with gorilla glue. I would never use them again just because I felt they should have called me back.

I first visited the shop on Monday; flooring was installed just two days later. Had a good selection to choose from. Good price. The installer came on time and did a fine job. Contractor was "a man of few words." He moved my refrigerator and oven on his own to do the floor and then moved them back again. Whole job took about six hours. To his credit, he warned me not to move anything back onto the new floor for 24 hours to allow it to set properly. Altogether, I am quite satisfied and would recommend VIlla to others. IT's good to be able to say that about a local company.

Villa has one of the largest selections in the area, and are reasonably priced. Much bigger selection than Lowe's, Home Depot or a few other carpet stores I visited. Installers were friendly, polite and courteous.
