Description of Work: They repaired a water damaged ceiling and cracks in almost every room of our house leftover from some other renovation work we had done. They were incredibly efficient, did a great job and were very courteous and understanding when the amount of crack repair kept growing and growing. I was very impressed and would certainly recommend Andy to anyone in need of some plaster repair.

Description of Work: Needed some holes in a plaster wall patched, one of them was quite large. Received a call back on the same day I called, and service the next day. Everything went as well as one could have hoped.

 + -1 moreWork was fair. Squires was responsive and did the work quickly. I wanted strong walls and he quoted me on thicker drywall but said normal 1/2in drywall would be fine since wall studs were close to each other, so I went with normal drywall. I was disappointed to see he used ultralight 1/2in drywall non-fire rated which to me isn't as strong as normal stuff and the cheapest possible. He also stretched the outlet boxes to fit his holes in the drywall so the boxes aren't symmetrical now. Also had to go back and forth with him on doing 20 minutes of work bagging some old plaster that was left which was unfortunate since I paid him at least $40 an hour in the end. But he did it. Had to stay on him about a hole at the baseboard which he said my trim would cover, but he didn't have the piece of trim that went there. The final product was good and Squires was responsive but I had to stay on him for multiple items.
Description of Work: Drywalled a bare 160sq ft kitchen without ceiling.

Description of Work: did dry wall, sealed cracks in the stair way and also re-painted it, also painted in the kitchen as well covering up cracks.

 + -1 moreAndy arrived promptly for the estimate and on work days. This is a messy job overall and they did their best to keep the house and work area clean. The work was very good and they did some amazing work blending in a few problem spots created during the remodel.
Description of Work: We had removed old plaster down to the studs in a full bath and half bath and installed new drywall on both the walls and ceiling. We had Andy and his son do the taping and mudding of all seams. They sanded and left the walls ready for painting.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE GREAT. I CALLED THEM THE LUCK OF THE IRISH. THEY WERE ON TIME AND VERY POLITE. THEY EVEN WANTED TO DO THE PAINTING. THEY ALWAYS CLEANED UP BEFORE THEY WENT HOME. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED DRYWALL IN THREE OF MY UPSTAIRS ROOMS.
