Horrible...run away do not use!

DO NOT HIRE! Absolutely Terrible experience. After payment; Does not return phone calls. Does not show up when scheduled. Never finished my pool. Now my top step has completely crumbled!

Sparkle Pool Service is excellent and is unlike any swimming pool company that I've used in the past. Unlike the competition, they actually keep appointments, show up on time, are honest and do an excellent job! I can't say enough good things about this company! We have used Sparkle Pool Service for opening and closing our pool. We have also had them do an occasional cleaning, which is done really well. And we call them every time we have a water issue, like yellow mold. They are very responsive and do a great job!

I am a new pool owner. Last year, we hired a pool company to inspect the pool when buying the house, open and close the pool, also replaced filter and water pump, the experience was somewhat frustrating and disappointing. So this year when we need to replace the pool heater, I decided to make a change, switch to Sparkle Pool Service based on Angie's list reviews. Joe and his crews were very professional and very knowledgable. They worked in a hot summer day, got the job done, excellent! Joe also spent some time and went through some pool maintenance basics with me. Overall, I could not be happier with their service. Sparkle pool DOES sparkle!!!

It isn't easy saying good bye to a built in pool, but the owner of Sparkle pools took the time to explain why it would cost several thousand dollars more to fix all the problems with the pool than it would to have the pool removed. He also recommended another Angie's list service provider, "Pool Busters," to do the work. We have an appointment for this to happen after the spring thaw so that we can save up and pay cash for the job. Sparkle pools and Pool Busters justified the cost of membership in Angie's list.

When I found I was out of a pool service man this season, my go-to guy who was great went missing. Cell and Home phone no longer in service. I hope that everything is ok. Anyway that's when I joined Angie's List to find another service man I liked and trusted. Read through the reviews and came upon Joe. Quite busy this season already and the weather not cooperating, he did assure me that I should call around at see if I can find someone who could come out sooner than he could. But I ended up talking him into putting me on his list and would wait patiently. He did offer a tip 'squeaky wheel gets oiled' so I texted him almost very day if he was going to be in my area. And behold one fine day he said 'today is my day'! Joe came out while I was a work and put the liner back in place. The only reason I gave him a B on quality is because the liner in a few very small areas looks like it is almost pulling out again. But, he did a great job on all the items I had asked him to do. He will be replacing our light fixture as it is faulty and he did get our heater up and running which is older and probably needs to be replaced or the thermostat or something like that. Joe went the extra mile and got it up and running again. So cool!, I mean warm...ha I would recommend him highly, but that would put everyone in competition with getting him to come out and work on my pool. so I hesitate to do that! I will continue to have him for our pool services. ~ Thanks Joe

Joe was very knowledgeable and responsive to all our questions and concerns. He was very professional and has a lot of experience and fully explains the process (step-by-step). He was able to conform to our tight schedule as we were in process of getting new brick pavers around our pool deck. Again, he was able coordinate everything seamlessly with no disruption. We highly recommend Sparkle Pools.

We have been using Sparkle Pool for all of our pool services for many years, and have been very satisfied. Above and beyond the typical maintenance, Joe is very well informed regarding new and unique pool systems. The guys that come out are always friendly and hard-working. One year they even came out on Father's Day to check on the heater. I felt guilty once I saw the worker brought his son with him. If you call them just leave a message, they will respond and give you a day when they will come out and service your request. I highly recommend using Sparkle Pool, thanks Joe!

Joe (owner) was very responsive. I'm not the easiest customer to work for as I ask a ton of questions and I added items mid project. Joe rolled with the changes, adapted his schedule, and exceeded my expectations. He's truly concerned about making the customer happy and trying to accommodate all our needs.

Don came out for the estimate as well as the installation work. Was very punctual and did the work quickly.

They gave us an estimate of two to three weeks to complete the job. There were gaps of several days between stages, the quote was accepted Aug 4, and the coping stone installed by Aug 20. An extra cost of $400 was caused by our choice of coping stone and request for it not to overlap the pool so much, requiring individual cutting. The job was completed by installing the caulk on Sept. 2, but the pool was used for several days before a pool party on Labor Day. The quality of the work was good, the tile and coping stones installed smoothly and neatly grouted. The caulking was neatly finished.
