Design advice was good. Contractors came on time; except for a delay in counter top arrival. The kitchen looks great.

He came out very promptly and was very pleasant. He had a nice point and followed up with a proposal. There were some areas in that proposal that weren't specific enough for me. I pointed out to him in the store, indicating that there was a question about removing the floor and if the materials could be recovered. He gave me a price but was unsure about whether or not the floor could be used. I indicated to his partner that I needed specifics as this could very possibly go to court. They indicated at that time that they would not like to participate any further.

I wasn't entirely satisfied. There were some imperfections that they had left, and we had to call them back. The reducer, which is the piece of board that goes between one room and the next, was cracked when he installed it and we noticed it a week later. We weren't impressed with them, and we wouldn't recommend them. They were very polite, and I didn't have any problems with the personalities. It is just that they cracked the wood, and didn't say it. My sister had used them and liked them, and that is why we used them.

I received a lot of quotes from other companies and this company was out of the park. I did feel they have a good quality program but over all I would give them a B because they price them selves out of the market.

They were very professional and good about coming for my appointment. I did not use them; instead, I used a friend. The quoted price was $1,250.

Rocky was the young man that installed the glass tile work and stone in the kitchen and it came out Beautiful.. He also did the wood floors and he sure is in the right business as he makes sure everything is perfect just like he would in his own house. He arrived on time and moved all the furniture for us to complete the job The counter tops are also beautiful they were done just like I asked. I am planning to do bathrooms and carpet and I will be using them again.

The owner came out to my home and we discussed what needed to be done to my unfinished floors, which definitely needed help. The next week they came and moved furniture and large items from the upstairs to my main floor. Next, they sanded and stained the floors upstairs (a hallway, stairs and two bedrooms), then repeated the process downstairs.....living and dining rooms. I couldn't be happier with the results! In addition to their quality work, every person I dealt with at this company was friendly, patient and professional.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THE PRODUCT THAT THEY SOLD ME IS TOP QUALITY. THEY PROVIDED ME WITH GOOD SERVICE. I HAVE ONLY ONE COMPLAINT, AND THAT IS WHEN THEY WERE INSTALLING THE CARPET THEY SCRATCHED MY WALLPAPER. THEY EXPLAINED IT TO ME AND I UNDERSTOOD.
