Description of Work: Repo Max is an auction service company. They are ran buy non professional and unqualified so called auctioneers. I have made a living out of attending and selling at auctions and have traveled the country. I have never met a company that will not take credit cards over the phone. Where this comes into play is when you cannot get there to pick something up they will charge you an outrageous charge for something and you have no way to avoid it. I have worked with the Auction Companies such as Levi Latham, Ritchie Bros., Government Liquidators and many small local ones and never once have I ran into a more arrogant but of ignorant fools. I spent over 10,000 there in just a few months and was having trouble picking up items since I lost my truck in a fire. But I made is work. One particular Saturday I got caught in traffic and was going to make it just in time and called him and said I will be there but maybe a minute late. He informed me that unless I was there at 2pm sharp there would be about $200 dollars of charges added to a 5 lot $25 dollar total purchase. I asked to just ring it up on my credit card that they had on file and leave it outside I would take responsibility for it. They refused. I made it there at 2 minutes to two and they had the lights out and door locked. Would not answer the phone. I have all of this on my phone to prove it. I called them Monday and told them due to what they did to cancel my items and I was done with them;

Description of Work: They run an auction service. I bought a couple of items there and got a good deal. The people I dealt with were helpful and friendly. The only reason I didn't give them an "A" was because their website was not very intuitive. Although it worked ok, once I got used to it.

Description of Work: As a bidder the auction house takes the time to answer your questions and welcomes you in to see the items before bidding. As the seller, Repomax allows you to choose how to lot your items, which they do the work for you.
