Strong customer service ethic, my project is still WIP, but MSD was very quick to come to my home remove my current mirror, preparing the new mirror for installation, there was no mess and the team was very communicative.

No-Showed! for the Estimate appointment! The date was set, confirmed, & no show! Contacted owner, he had me text pics of the 9' x5' Wall Mirror to be replaced. Next day, sent 2 installers to measure. Said the mirror would be ordered, & installed within 3-5 days!?© (Great, right?) WRONG! Have not returned my messages or emails! They were here on Nov.21, today is Dec 3rd
