Excellent job, excellent price. Another locksmith quoted over double the price just to come out and couldn't do it for a couple of days. This locksmith updated me with the time he would arrive and rearranged his schedule to accommodate my need for security that day. He also had an extra part for the lock that I hadn't purchased. Very impressed with this company and its service.

He gave us advice on ways to inexpensively secure a sliding door that are as efficient and safe as the extremely expensive model I wanted to order. He was punctual, professional and careful. I was in the need of a locksmith yesterday evening around 9pm because my friend had locked herself out of her home. I was worried we wouldn't be able to find anyone on such short notice, but after I called Adam, he came out right away that evening and helped her get in. While he was there, he helped my sister-in-law with a door that was broken and installing a lock in another door. He also helped my neighbor with a loose lock. Basically, he came out to help me immediately and ended up helping 3 of us! He was extremely courteous and professional and worked very quickly. Excellent customer service and a fantastic young man, for sure!

Needed the ignition switch on my 1999 cargo van changed. From a friend, I heard about Lockbusters so I decided to give them a try. I got a quick response from them and was told they were on another job but could be there in 45 minutes. Adam actually arrived in 35 minutes. He did the work quite fast, I think about 15 to 20 minutes. Also gave me 2 spare keys. He was very friendly and went about his business in a no nonsence professional way. Thank you Lockbusters!

I was initially nervous about calling a locksmith because I have heard so many people say they got charged more than originally quoted, or needed to change their locks completely. I just wanted to simply rekey my home after my ex moved out and I wanted all the keys the same, except for the mother-in-law suite which needed a different key. A lot of other locksmiths had "starting at" prices which made me anxious because I was on a budget. I called Lockbusters, and he quoted me a flat price, so I chose Lockbusters rather than another locksmith. The technician was very friendly and all the re-keys worked perfectly. When he went to rekey the mother-in-law suite attached to my house he explained that he could easily make a master key for it. That was way more convenient than having multiple sets of keys, so I gave him the OK. He only charged me a little bit extra than the original quote for that extra work. Overall very pleased with the result! He was very professional and quick!
