Awful. I paid them to close my pool last winter but apparently they did not do a good job because in January the pool drained. It took them almost two months and me repeatedly having to contact them to get them to even come out and look at it. By the time they got to my house in March the pool was completely empty, the walls were starting to cave in, the brand new cover I had just bought was completely destroyed, and the liner was shredded. They told me they would replace the liner, which they did not do until June, also after me having to repeatedly contact them and even threaten a lawsuit. They finally replaced the liner, with the cheapest one in existence I assume, but the problems didn't stop. They didn't bother to smooth out the ground, which caused numerous holes in my liner. My light began leaking the next day, and it took them several days to come look at it. They put something on it to hold off the leak and said they needed to get a tool and come back another day to tighten it. I never heard from them again. I finally hired a new company to come patch a leak. Once they started looking into it they noticed several patches already on the BRAND NEW liner. They also told me that the fact that the ground wasn't smoothed out was causing a lot of my problems and offered to fix that. They removed the leaking light, because once they looked at it, it was cracked beyond repair. They also tested the main drain and found that it was cracked due to JK pools putting in the wrong bolts, which was also causing a leak. So here I am, $1,000 dollars later. Not counting my water bills that have been higher because of all the times I had to refill the pool. Also not counting the new cover I had to buy. All because they were too lazy to do it right in the first place. And that's not even addressing how rude they were to me throughout the entire process. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life.
