A couple things...they showed up just as I was leaving. There was no call for an appointment. I told them they were supposed to call to make an appointment and they said we don't need you to be home to complete the work. I was a little uncomfortable with that, but my daughter was hospitalized, so I had to go. When I returned I realized the work looked good, but the gutters were smaller than usual. We have a lot of trees and leaves so gutter guards are important. On one side of my home the gutters have since over flowed and caused a risk of flooding in my basement. Someone came out explaining that when rain comes down too hard they will spill over as if this is normal blaming the problem on my gutter guards and my roof line as if it is my fault. That makes no sense. I told him I have always have had gutter guards and the same roof line for thirty years, but have never had the gutters over flow like this. My concern is that this spring when the rains come I am worried about flooding on that side of the house and I will probably have to have someone come out to replace the gutters. I think the gutters are just the wrong size that they installed when I wasn't home. They are inadequate for my style of house.

These guys are the guys that other guys hire. They have their own shop to fabricate gutters and can cut onsite with their truck. The did our whole house in a few hours. This company was so much lower than the 2 estimates we received from and quot;home improvementand quot; companies. J and R Sheet Metal knows what it is doing.

Everything was pretty good. They showed up on time, actually even early. They cleaned up things very well, and things seem to be just fine. This is a small family owned business and they were pretty cooperative.
