Jeff was very friendly and professional. My sister and I are two single woman in our 60's making this big out of state move and we felt very comfortable and confident with Jeff and all of his workers. They were all very courteous and helpful at both ends of this move. We had soooooo much stuff, but the men kept assuring us to not worry, it will fit.....and it did!!! Integrity Movers is an appropriate name for this company. Jeffs faith, professionalism and commitment helped us stand stronger on our own faith and get us through a very challenging and stressful time in our lives. Jeff was great during our phone call and on site pre move visit. He promptly emailed the quote and we agreed to the price. I called later and added on another location move the same day. The team for my house showed up as promised. The breakdown of our home took slightly longer but we weren't too concerned. The team that met my mom got lost, called several times, and finally met 45 minutes late after going to wrong location despite confirmed address and directions when called. At our new home, the delivery and set up took significantly longer. The delivery team never made mention of the fact that they broke the leg off a floor cabinet. They propped it up like nothing happened. A coffee table received several scratches. A very expensive treadmill that was perfectly fine before the move is no longer operational. Two of the items were moved by the late lost team. The onsite team was very kind and hard working. When it came time to pay the team, the invoice was quite a bit higher than the quoted amount. The team told me that's pretty common and that Jeff often underbids. I was told that they could have told me at arrival that it was going to be a lot more than I thought. I called Jeff and was told he was on the road in dangerous conditions and would call me back. I never received the call. I am quite bothered to have paid significantly more, had damaged items and no call to discuss an appropriate resolution.

The move went very smoothly. Jeff does a consultation at your home prior to the move to describe the process, gain an understanding of the items to be moved, and to provide a price estimate. The truck arrived on time, the crew was professional & courteous, and the crew handled all of my items with care. Furniture and fragile items were protected properly. They took my pictures & TV mounts off the wall and loaded them into the truck. I was very pleased with the overall service and would hire these guys again in a heartbeat. As an aside - the overall Angie's List grade of "B" seems peculiar given the fact 15 of 19 reviews are graded "A." Hoping my review tilts the scale a little bit, because these guys deserve it. They did a great job.

They were a complete nightmare. They were so unprofessional. They were already over many hours what they'd agreed to, so I had to ask my family to help. The owner refused to talk to me - he locked himself in the truck, called his wife, and then got out and said he wouldn't talk to me. He said his wife would call me. I told him we needed to resolve it right now. There was a dining room set that was moved into my house when I purchased it and had never moved since. They promised me it would be completely wrapped and moved without a scratch. But it was totally ruined by scratches. They also moved a TV and ruined the walls and the TV in doing so - the TV didn't even work. They also scratched several pieces of furniture and broke several pieces of glass. After all this was done, they demanded their money. I refused to pay them, so the police were called. They couldn't settle it. They told me to file insurance. They wouldn't turn in my claim against their insurance. I plan to sue them if they won't resolve this.

Easy to schedule, on time, and professional. No problems at all.

Things went really well. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat. They were professional and friendly and not a single item was damaged or mishandled. They showed up on time, and the price was right! I gave them a good tip and they deserved every penny of it. I am going to recommend them to all of my friends who are moving soon and anyone else who needs some moving done. Highly recommend!

Bad. Showed up with truck smaller than they committed to. Guys had no dolleys, no moving straps and no cellophane. Not only was this unsafe and it took twice as long to pack the truck. Imagine carrying out 2 dresser drawers at a time instead of 1 entire dresser? Had to make 2 trips instead of 1 (would have been 1 with the large truck). Totally ill equipped to move my household. Guess they got a hot job after I scheduled my time and they dumped me and the truck size and mover equipment for a last minute job. THEY DO NOT HAVE INTEGRITY despite their name...trust me.

They did about 87%, but the rest are in my garage. I have back troubles and can not lift the boxes and will have a very hard time moving them. I would only recommend them with conversation. The owner was very polite and very nice; however his son was a p*** and was disrespectful. He looked at me and said how could you have so much stuff. I ended up calling this company already and they didn't have anything to say other than he would be speaking with his son.

The boxed everything in a nice compact form. They packed/boxed one day, and packed the truck the next. It was ahot movi ng day and quite overwhelming. The crew was fantastic, polite, and professional.

The move went very well. Everything done was in the time and cost quoted. The office called multiple times to confirm the day, time, and our needs. Teh day of the move I also got multiple calls to make sure I was satisfied with the work being done.

Excellent response time, professional employees. Fees charged were reasonable for services rendered. Entire home was moved to different location to be sold because I was leaving state to relocate.

Overall it was a stressful and long experience with a surprise ending. It started well, I made the appointment to do the move with the one stop by the house several days in advance. The person I spoke with was cordial and made me feel comfortable with the price and the company. Two days before my move date of 5/4/13, I realized I needed an extra day to prepare, I did'nt get the time off like I had hoped so I was under a lot of pressure to complete the packing and was working within a budget. I called the company back and spoke with the same person about changing the date to 5/5/2013. She really did not want to change the date because I guess, based on our conversation, she already had appointments scheduled, and made some statement about not wanting to run another truck on that morning. It was clear to me that she did not want to lose my business, so she recommended that the movers come later in the afternoon of 5/4/13 instead of the morning, and assured me that the movers would work around me and assist me to get things done. Aganist my better judgement, I agreed to keep the 5/4th date. The movers did come around 5:00pm, and as I suspected... I and my neighbor were scrambling to complete the packing. They moved quickly, and were cordial but soon became a little miffed that they had to spend time waiting for us to complete some packaging. They made comments about how this would probably cost me double the money, because, after all, they still had to make a house stop. They commented about how quickly the move before me had been, those people had been packed and prepared. I felt a little rided, but I understood what they were saying. It was clear to me that these guys had been led to believe they would have an early finish and I would be a short move; but, by the time we got to the storage unit, it was after 10:00PM. The storage facility had locked up the moving carts, and the movers only had one dolly on their truck. The movers were upset that the moving carts were not available, and the one mover made the comment that this place must not have security cameras if they have to lock up the moving carts. Fortunately, another guy from their company came out to help, and it was 3 movers unloading and storing boxes in the unit instead of two. I gave specific instructions that certain items be left up front for easy access for me, but one of these guys, I could tell was sorta upset that this was taking as long as it did, and was just in a hurry to get my items into the unit. I had to ask them to retrieve one item from the back that I needed, and they had to move a couple of things back out to get to it, after that I watched closely to be sure what I needed up front stayed up front. Earlier (while I was holding elevator doors) an important item was stored so far in the back it would have been too much work to get to it. It was after 12:00 AM before the movers completed. Much longer than any of us had hoped. I was stressed completedly out. I felt bad that the move took so long and these guys obviously had not anticipated such a late night because they said they had an early morning move so I tipped them generously. In reflecting, I realize that putting the move off to the 5th instead of the 4th would have worked better for me, the customer. I feel the company should have been more empathic with my needs when I called her 2 days in advance and told her I needed the extra day. That extra day would have made all the difference, and it would have made a difference for the company too. The next day I received a call from the storage company, telling me the movers I used had been caught on security camera stealing from an open storage unit.

I had three men and one truck to move my 1,950 sq. ft. of household furnishings from one location to another. Because I moved within the same city, they opted to make two loads instead of trying to get everything into one truckload. The men were very careful with all of my belongings. They had to move some very heavy, awkward items out of the basement of one house and into the basement of another. They took great care not to scratch the brand new hardwood floors in the new house. They were very professional and I would definitely hire this company again.

From the first phone call to payment, everything was great. We had 3 guys. We started at 10am and didn't get done until 11:30pm. Thankfully, the guys had a sense of humor so all the hard work was fun. They guys had to move several heavy and large objects. They didn't even scratch a wall. They even helped us decide how to layout some of the furniture. Thank you for making a long day enjoyable and successful.ox

The guys were great. They showed up on time and their estimate was dead on. No furniture or walls were damaged and they were extremely professional. I would recommend to anyone needing movers!

It went really well and they worked hard. They came and took care of everything and helped me with extra things. I was in a hurry and I was glad to have some help. They came on short notice; they came that very day. It was on a Sunday and it was the last minute. It's hard to get people like that.

Overall there is not enough time or lines to tell you how great all 3 guys were. After and during the move we felt like we had known them for years. They made us feel like we were the only people in the world that had moved. They were all so patient and kind and gentle with our things. Offering help and advise to make the move easier. To add havock to an already crazy event the new tenants were moving in as we were almost done and they offered to help these ladies who were struggling with their things. We cannot say enough about this company they are awesome!! and Lions fans as well. When I first contacted them in October of 2011 with a moving date within 30 days they were ready then every month after that I put them on hold and as patient as they could be they waited for me and checked in just to say, how are things going? No sales pitch to hassle.

They were fast and professional.

They were professional and they were careful in handling our furniture. We will use them in the future.
