They do a great job and give a great price. completely hassle free and prompt service. I could not be any happier. The guys came and torn apart my floor, moved the furniture and installed new floors all inside of 3 days.

The installer was prompt, courteous and worked diligently until the job was completed. I will consider In and Out Floors for other floors in my home in the future.

This company is horrible. Two weeks after install The vinyl boards started to show separation from each other. They came out on three separate occasions and still had not fix the problem their fix was kicking the boards back to place. I finally requested to have the boards truly fixed and that took another week. The owner then called me and told me he would not be replacing the floor he will only fix some of the boards despite the entire living room and dining room has boards separating in them. He said his car is new and the dealer will not give him a new car if it is broken and he is not giving me a new floor he will fix it. He said if I want the floor to be replaced I can pay him $1000 and he will replace the entire floor. Why do I need to pay him to fix what they did not install properly and why would I want them to fix some of the boards versus fixing the entire problem... The owner act as if I was asking for a different model or style of the floor I am asking for the exact same type of floor to be installed properly not to have makeshift slats added and removed in this flooring .. this owner was rude and very nasty to me and I feel like he was talking to me this way because I am a black woman. He is the only person that I talk to at this company that was this rude, the manager and the install manager attempted to provide a resolution yet the owner was the one who was rude and nasty and basically told me that he does not have Anything. Do not get stuck with this company and wish you had a better guarantee they sold me on the guarantee I paid extra so that I would have a guarantee, yeah I am stuck with a lemon job.

Project: Installed wood laminate in entrance, livingroom, diningroom, hallway & kitchen. The entire experience was excellent from sales & installation and follow up. Would recommend this company to all. Added plus they are a local business. Always a good thing!
