Poor quality and service. Worst workmanship I've ever seen. Poor customer service. They just don't care

High quality and attractive work on two floors of our house. Excellent communication throughout the process. The quality of service and products provided by this company was one of the best. We are very happy with our new floors. We would highly recommend In and Out Floors for all flooring needs!!!!

We are moving into a new house and the floors needed some work. The dining room had a big stain on the wood floor and the living room had some visible marks as well. Really happy with the quality of work and customer service provided by In and Out Floors. I had them install wood flooring on the second level of my house, replace my stairs leading to the second level, and install a banister. Aaron and team helped answer all of my questions before undertaking the project and worked with me on scheduling given that I travel a lot for work. The project was completed in a timely manner. They refinished our 60 year old wood floors and they look beautiful - like brand new. The job is flawless. The crew was very professional, did exactly what they said they would do and finished when they said they would. We opted for a water-based finish using the Bona no-dust system.
