I am so upset about how terrible my stairs look. They do not match my hardwood floors at all, the kick moulding they installed did not match to the rest of my house, and they filled in the gaps of poor cuts with caulk that does not match whatsoever. Needless to say, I need to hire someone else to redo them.

Did not appreciate the high pressure sales tactic from the sales rep who came to my home to estimate. Wound up at less than half of his original starting estimate (I had already done my homework on materials costs and labor estimates). They did the measurements, and apparently made a mistake -- they shorted the installer by 2 boxes; he had to come back an extra day to finish up. The installer (Ishmail) and his helper were WONDERFUL. Thorough, clean, fast, very skillful. My floor looks beautiful.

I believe there was a misunderstanding I thought I was getting wood floors, but I ended up with laminate and the color did not match when I picked out exactly I didnâ t have any experience with customer service, but I could not submit a review unless I clicked on something so I clicked on three stars. I have no idea what the customer service is but I was forced into putting something in this website.

The sales person has a fix for all of your concerns but in the end will not include it in your contract because everything is extra! Be sure that everything discussed is written in the contract! The installers were great but company is a con!

They hire subcontractors to do the work. They left dust and wood particles on the floor when they put the final polyurethane coat on. We now have bubbles everywhere. Customer service was terrible too. The general manager said the floor looked beautiful. They promised movers for the furniture and never came. We had to put the furniture outside and it got wet from rain even though we covered them with tarps.

Not professional lied about everything. They said they were going to do $8000 for nothing I had to bring in someone else to finish it nothing was as they said it would be.

Hired to do a refinishing job. I contacted the company 1 day after floors were completed in regards to touch ups needed. I was questioned, why I didn't see this right away, before the crew left. Which was impossible as I could not walk on floors for rest of evening. Several spots were not sanded properly, buff like wheel marks all over, the hallway is absolutely tore up looking, especially when natural light hits it. Another area a nice size chuck of wood missing. I did find it odd I was advised to give a 5 star rating before the job was completed. Still have not heard back in regards to touch ups. Some areas turned out nice. This isn't good workmanship. At this point I definitely would NOT recommend.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I hired them to refinish all of my hardwood floors, and they never showed up. I tried calling them but kept getting a "we will call you back", then finally late in the day someone called me back and said "well obviously we are not coming out today, so we can schedule you for 5 days from now", then instead of giving proper compensation for their mistake, they wanted full price. I cancelled and will never reach out to them again ever.

The Sales Person: Jeff was Friendly, Polite and Professional. He was extremely thorough in explaining all aspects of the work and showed me many samples, and Rave Reviews. The two workers were the BEST! They worked HARD ALL DAY to remove my Ceramic Tile from my Kitchen before they also Installed the Vinyl Flooring there and also in The Family Room. They did a SUPERB Job!!

All went well - sales person was helpful snd thoroughly explained all aspects of what they would do. The installers were hardworking and clean.

Becareful read your contact carefully be clear on everything

Nice flooring LVT I think it's called. A little sanfu on when my installer would be there. I had to call them to find out. The man did a great job when he did come. The Flooring was more money that hardwood but looks nice...

Happy with the results

Very poor quality work, salesman promised things that were not true. Glue all over the place, air pockets felt when stepping on various areas of flooring, molding is small and looks terrible with the flooring, salesman showed no samples or pictures, poor communication between salesman, installers and customer. This company doesn't have employees, they are subcontractors, salesman claims things like they build their own product which isn't true, installers left one year old refrigerator and oven with lots of powder stains, areas on planking broken and forced to fit, lots of gaps that will cause possible warranty issues. Very disappointed.

Very bad company.. communion within their company is horrible. Don?t pick them if you are not sure what u r actually getting.. salesman just make the sale is all they care about. Gives no other options or other ideas to help you make right decisions..

Wood flooring was refinished very poorly, was difficult to get in touch with anyone. Refused to come look at results. Owner likes to threaten law suits and title leins. Finally sent another guy to refinish again. Did much better but could not fix all damage created by first guy. First guy was a subcontractor. This was the worst experience i have ever had with a contractor, and i hire them as a function of my job. 3 weeks without use of my home.

Excellent Customer Service Experience and they Care about their Customers.

In and out floors is the WORST company I've ever dealt with. They didn't complete the job missed spot didn't give me what I told them I wanted the Manger or owner Scott was very rude and unprofessional yelling and talking over me I'm in the process of taking them to court for breach of contract failing to complete the job they had 2 times to come and fix it they failed to show on both times nor did they call I wish you wouldn't have recommended these people to a nightmare from the start
